Tried using the app to order so I could just walk in, skip the line and pick up my food from the pizza portal. I've tried this 5 times, 4 at this store and once at the new south main store. Only twice has the food been put in the portal. The other 3 times I've had to wait in line and ask for it, just to see the employees look around in the back and pick it up off a counter/prep table in the back where it wasn't being kept hot. I ordered a pizza and when I got home I realized that it had fruit fly eggs on it and the box was never marked so I don’t know how old the pizza was in the first place, and when I got back they told me I didn’t get the pizza from there because apparently they “mark all the boxes” which they didn’t. And I really recommend people to check their pizza when and if you get a pizza from there. Or not go there at all.
