2/4/2025, 8:00pm. Decided on a rare trip to LJS. Checked to make sure they where open on Maps. They are. Drive 30 minutes to get there, watch as the only person working hides from the view of the drive thru window (but not other windows), as they ignore it and play on their phone. Drove 30 minutes back home without dinner after loosing an hour of time and gas. Wont be back.

News flash: I don't care what you did last night or with whom. cashier laughed when I told her I wasn't going through the drive-thru because my last order was cold when I got it this order was hot atleast sadly was short a piece of chicken

Have not been to a Long Johns in years. Felt like stepping back. Great service, was only a couple individuals working so took a while for the food. But came out hot and delicious. Was a good choice, glad the whole family got to share in the evening.

Order food through uber eats last night. I had food missing sauces not included and the food wasn’t hot. Won’t order or be back here! At least make sure the food is actually hot and not setting for hours
LJS has been around for a long time. The food is always good and the prices are always reasonable. I really love the fact that they are expanding thier menu and including a lot more grilled menu items! Unfortunately the camera on my phone is bad which is why I don't post pictures. Maybe when I get a new one I will.

With this being one of the only Long John Silvers establishments left in indiana I always try to stop here anytime I'm in the area. This was one of my mom's favorite places to eat when she was alive and I have so many memories eating here with her throughout my life so it's very sentimental to me! 🥹💖
