Unbelievable experience!!! We had multiple items as well as multiple side and when I say multiple I mean different items as well. Every single thing was amazingly fresh hot and extremely good. The service was fast and very surprising when we saw the quality! The place was clean and was an extremely pleasant service I can't say enough about how great everything was ! Extremely rare e in todays service industry the owners need to give that shift a raise!!!!!

We came in later on a weekday and they cooked the fish fresh for us. It was very tasty and nice of them to do that just an hour before closing.

Stopped to get dinner. Ordered my food and pulled up to the window. The woman who took my order and card seemed a little frustrated at what ever she had going on. I can only assume she was the manager on duty.
When she finally brought my food she asked if I wanted any sauces which I replied that I wanted cocktail and tartar sauce. I also let her know the last time I was in which was 2-3 weeks prior they had forgotten my coleslaw and that I had seen an employee at my job and explained they had forgotten it. He said no worries and to let them know.
So I explain that to the woman and she gets defensive and at first says the person I am describing doesn't work there, and then goes through 2 names and I explained I did not recall the guys name. She then goes on to tell me she has to call her GM to let him know the guy messed up because he didn't write my name in their complaint binder.
I was pretty frustrated because it wasn't like I was asking for a $30 meal comp, I was asking for a sub $4 small coleslaw they had forgotten. The employee probably forgot to write my name down because I had discussed this at my job not his. The way she made it seem as if they employee was going to be written up or terminated because of this really upset me because he was trying to help me, and to be punished seems like a terrible business practice.
When this was all said and done, she forgot my sauces. Eh.

The original cashier, blondish hair, was rude and stand-offish. Instead of asking what I wanted, she assumed I wanted fish, which I didn't not. No dipping sauce was offered to me and it didn't cross my mind until I heard them greet the next customer the correct way, "Hello! Will that be chicken, fish, or both? Would you like dipping sauce with that? What kind? We have..." I, African American, was greeted with, "What kind I get for you". Drastic difference. The chicken was not hot at all. The cashier with short dark hair, was much more human than the other one. If you can treat everyone same, don't work in a field with people of all kinds!

The wait was minimal and the food was fresh and hot. I used the drive thru. The new Jumbo shrimp weren't so Jumbo, bit they were tender and the batter was crispy.
