Well poor delivery service caught up to them, they are out of business.Update: Owner responds with canned message to make it up. How is that possible when the business location is closed? Apparently a single star review triggers a canned response and not actually read by anyone.

The pizza was good and to experience it hot you better go pick it up. Delivery service was always about an hour late or more and most of the time the driver forgot something from your order. If they got too busy they wouldn't even bother to answer the phone. This has caught up to them though because they are now out of business.

I couldn't even get ahold of anyone online or on the phone. The Elkhart phone is disconnected and I'm pretty sure you guys are losing business because of it...*UPDATE* SOMEONE FROM MARCO'S PIZZA RESPONDED AND TOLD ME TO FILL OUT A FORM ABOUT FEEDBACK WHEN YOU CANNOT EVEN PULL UP THE FORM WHEN YOU CLICK ON IT...... USELESS!!

Horrible customer service!!!! They messed up my order had to drive all the way back to get it fixed. Was told i would get a full refund and have not gotten it. Seems like they like to blame everyone else for their mistakes. Will not ever come back to this place again. You uave list a long time customer.

Placed an order online for dinner. Get there to pick up and they are closed! Normally if they are closed, I can’t place an order. My card has been charged for the order yet can’t figure out what we are supposed to do now because the only number to call is the restaurant and obviously no one’s going to answer because they’re closed. Highly upset!

Havent been here for over a year my wife always wanted Papa Johns. I finally convinced her to try this place out and she did not regret it, no more Papa Johns for us we are glad to be back! Very DELICIOUS pizza and great service!

Last minute dinner idea, I called Marco's ( website said "online ordering closed, please call to place your order." I called and asked to place an order for delivery, please and was "greeted" with "WE DO NOT DO DELIVERY HERE SO YOU'LL HAVE TO ORDER ELSEWHERE!" Even if this was the last pizza place in Elkhart, I would never order anything or try ever again. I told him kindly that online it does state they deliver, and his customer service could also use some work and then hung up. I don't care how poorly staffed these places are, customer service is where your money comes in... think about that next time you greet a customer with an unwilling attitude.

I don't go there very often.. Love their sauce though and their toppings are cut bigger which I love. The way I like my pizza, that they don't do, is put sauce and toppings as close to the edge as possible. I don't like dry crust, but that is just me.
The pizza was great one of the best. I have eaten in a long time.

These people are very rude. They were supposed to be at 11 a.m. I ordered my food online and when I got there the employee said he just opened and ut would take another 45 minutes .
