This McDonald's is a real hit or miss . Sometimes the food is fresh and serviced is fast and friendly and other days the food is so old and gross and the service is slow and very blah. Good luck!

McDonalds has always been a place for especially their fish sandwiches. If you had a full mouth extraction, the fish is the way to go. The bread, and fish is soft enough for you to swallow until your mouth heals.
