We visited this location on 12/6/2025 at about 10:25 p.m. We were told at the speaker they were taking orders at the second window. We waited in line for about 15 mins and when we got to the second window the lady told us “i’m so sorry, we’re now taking orders at the speaker”, insinuating that she wanted us to go all the way around again, while we had our newborn in the car and had already been waiting in line, and had already ordered and paid via the app. We informed her that we had a mobile order and she tried to inform someone over her headseat of this. Quickly after a man in a manager shirt came to the front and you could see was making this worker in the window very upset and uncomfortable. They made our food and I’m not even joking filled the fries halfway. Like if you looked straight at them, you couldn’t tell there were fries in it. We had also ordered two double cheeseburgers with no pickle and were given old cheeseburgers that had stickers on them from another order with “add mac sauce”. My boyfriend had asked could we purchase a cup of mac sauce as he eats his fries with it and you can’t do this on the app and there was no other time to ask, and she rang it up and charged us and politely asked for it, and he looked at her like she was crazy. I felt very bad for the girl in the window and she was very sweet to us while trying to hide she was literally about to cry because the way she was being treated. I never write reviews but this deserved one for sure.

I got the Grinch meal everyone is raving about. It was freaking freezing cold and legit the worst chicken nuggets and fries I’ve gotten in a long time. This McDonald’s has really gone downhill.

Last few experiences here have been bad. This time after about 15 minutes a observation manager noticed that I had been patient waiting. Came to me and asked if I had been served. I simply replied. He walked to the back and made my order personally and brought it to me. He was great at his job. I thank you so much for that. The restaurant had a smell to it. No ketchup, no napkins, no cup lids, food was as expected.

I thought it was closed down, and it's an inconspicuous, unremarkable corner entrance. The service was top notch, the store was clean, all shelves stocked, we got a big box at a great price, and the family was happy with Dad. So that's kinda priceless

It was absolutely horrible. Two employees got into a screaming match/verbal altercation behind the counter then brought it out into the lobby where people were trying to eat and wait for their food. All the rest of the employees stopped working to watch. The two ended up going outside to continue screaming and the male employee ended up hitting the female employee in the face. Another male employee kept trying to apologize for their behavior and when one customer asked where the manager was he was told she was the manager. Ridiculous! Will not be going back

The food and service were good today . The outside of the restaurant has a little to be desired. Be sure to check your bags before leaving because many times they forget items .
