We usually stop in there after we get our groceries. For the most part, service is pretty decent. The kiosk says it only takes "to-go" orders, but we've been eating at the restaurant and haven't been sent out. Occasionally, a rude customer comes in and I think the employees handle it flawlessly; always polite and friendly.

I know it's cold today but the truth is that if there is bad service here I am never one to yell or be mean to people who work in fast food but wow that lady got mad just because I didn't use the McDonald's app I told her sorry I didn't know I work the third shift I could hardly answer okay I feel tired I just wanted to see if I could use my coupon sorry but the lady from a few minutes ago was a bit mean and I told her sorry and that I could use my app later because I didn't remember that I had to do it before and she didn't give me my receipt and she didn't give me the hot sauce for my burritos 😕

Frappé machine was down so we ordered a chicken big Mac and fries just for the chicken to feel like biting into a rock it was so stale I had to throw it away and we didn't even get our recipe for our meal before the cashier took the next order 2 hours later am now throwing up the burger

These people thought it would be funny to put a chewed up gum and my daughter's Happy meal very disgusting. I guess it's the first for everything sadly but not shockingly had to open McDonald's.
