The fries were hot and good, but the Big Mac was cold. The hamburger patties were dry, not juicy, and the bun was hard around the edges like it had been sitting around for a while. Couldn't get across to the server that we wanted 1 meal deal and 1 additional sandwich either.

I doordash here and this place is a joke....I see the girls behind the counter talking amongst each other and dont even come up and ask if they can help you.then your in there waiting for your order for a long so I dont get good tips here...and tonight I went into store 9pm and it smelled like raw sewage.

Larger gentleman in the drive thru is extremely rude and always messing around. Multiple instances where I have seen certain workers vaping whether it’s in the bathroom or behind the counter but it is disrespectful and outright disgusting. Went in on a Saturday and workers couldn’t stop cussing and messing around with each other. Go to the taco bell down the road you would get much better service down there.

I ordered my food and came up to the window and paid. They handed me my drink and told me to pull forward which I did then after sitting there and watching at least seven vehicles come and go I’m wondering where my food is because I only ordered a sausage McMuffin and a hashbrown so it shouldn’t have taken so long. I am on my way to work so I have to quickly get my food and go so I get out of my vehicle and go inside and ask where my food is and they all look confused. I said I’ve been sitting out here for at least five minutes and no one has brought me my food and I have seen at least seven vehicles come and go behind me. All they did was give me a bag of food. No apologies or anything. It’s not that freaking difficult.

This location would be better off shut down. Waited for over 10 at the speaker for someone to acknowledge us while cars piled up in the drive through. Finally got to the window and sat for at least 10 more minutes until we got our food and not ONE worker had spoken to us. Handed us our food and walked away. The food wasn’t even right, my burger was missing a patty that I paid extra for, the mcchickens were supposed to plain with cheese and were slathered in mayo and lettuce. We sat in the drive through and watched three different workers ignore us to eat, talk, and “mop” the floor. Pretty pissed I spent my hard earned money to be treated like that.

If you're trying to get food go somewhere else. I waited in the drivethru for over 30 minutes, and the only reason I didn't leave sooner was because I was stuck in the line by the voice box. No cars moved for over half an hour. I didn't even get my food, because at that point I was running late to work. Taco Bell is right next to this place, so go there instead.

Drive Thru didn't move for ten minutes and they were very unprofessional at the speaker in the drive thru. The only thing good about this place is how cheap it is, other than that I would recommend going somewhere else, the Wendy's down the road is very good.
