Just no. I've given up on this location. I keep coming back in the hopes that they would fix their issues, but keep doing the same thing hoping for a different outcome is the definition of insanity. Service is terrible, today I was greeted with a "Well, what do you want?" And telling by the tone it was not said in good faith. Last time food was missing from my order that took them 45 minutes to get ready...I kid you not I kept an eye on the time. I am a pro worker, laid back type of person, so I am very understanding of staffing storages or supply issues and never use those as a reason to leave a negative review. This location needs help to manage their workers verses the workload more efficiently. I hope they turn things around.

Well Im on lunch at work been waiting for 30 minutes to get my food decided to see if the door was locked well is was not did everything to get the attention of employees stop fisting each other and do your job!

Again, very disappointed at this McDonald's. The fries were stale, the drinks were uncarbonated and the barbecue seemed to be burnt on the McRib. I bet the owner is an absentee owner and doesn't give a flying You know what about this location.

I like to go to McDonald's every morning and eat because I love the food every morning I go to the one in Elkhart on main Street and the people in their tell me that their system is down that they can't serve anybody breakfast and they told me that for 2 weeks straight I love the food at McDonald's but the service sucks the people that work there do not care about the customers

It’s open 24 hours but I came at 3 am and sat and at the drive thru for 5-6 minutes, got tired of that so I went to the first window and and employee just saw us and walked away. Waited at the window for a good couple minutes and she never came back. I went to the front and realized they left the door unlocked so I thought I could just order in there. An employee was just cleaning and never even looked at me, so I made the decision to just accept defeat and go to Taco Bell!
Do not Eat from this location, I bought a Double quarter pounder meal with no onion large with a Dr pepper and a McChicken. Should have been fresh at 10:50am. Later that day I was so sick, barfing and diarrhea with food poisoning.

So I go through 830am only 4 cars in drive through, maybe 2 customers inside, they mix up cars and charge me for someone's food and give me their order. I don't realize this until I get home. I go back and explain everything to them, they tell me I over paid by $6.00 for what I had wanted, then she tells me she is giving me two extra burritos, I tell her she doesn't have too, and she insisted, I said ok, then I want my $6.00 back and she says that is what the 2 extra burritos are for. I clearly thought she was just throwing them in to be nice, now I'm paying for something I clearly did not want. This whole time I held my cool because I know things get screwed up from time to time. But she should have refunded my $6.00 and if she wanted to give something extra for my trouble that is up to her. I just wanted my order, I did not ask or really expect anything extra. I'm just pissed at this point for her assuming that giving me the extra food took care of the 6.00 dollars. This is not the way it works. And she never apologized either. And I was still nice. She should have handled this a totally different way.

Food was hot and prompt. Asked specifically if they had Orange Fanta, was told yes and was given Orange Hi-C. There is a huge difference between the two. Would have liked the choice to make a better decision.

I ordered breakfast at the drive-thru and pulled up to the first window to pay. The cashier told me my total, I handed over my debit card, and they promptly swiped it. I received a notification from my bank confirming the transaction and watched my receipt print. Instead of returning my card with the receipt, the cashier pocketed it and walked away! Three minutes passed with no sign of them. Feeling uneasy, I locked my card using my banking app. Finally, the cashier reappeared, acting as if I was a new customer and asking for my payment. I pointed to my receipt and said, "I already paid. My receipt is right there. You have my card. Check your pocket." They fumbled through their pockets, pretending to be surprised, and claimed they didn't have it. I insisted I wouldn't leave without my card. They walked away again, hand in their pocket, then returned laughing, saying "Your card was over there." The whole thing was incredibly sketchy. I definitely recommend using cash at this place!
