I ordered my pizza through Door Dash. To begin with the dasher left the pizza on my door mat, when I request it to be handed to me. As far as the pizza is concerned, I have had frozen pizza that was better than the one I got. The cheese didn't look like it was totally melted, and it was cold.

I ordered online and was told it would be ready at 5:50pm. Arrived for pickup at 5:52pm. I've never been here before but saw a sign pointing at the register for online pickup. I walked over and stood there with 3 employees working. No greeting, nobody asked what I was doing. I looked over at a wall and saw my order. I asked if I could just grab it and was told "if it's yours." Drove back to the hotel which was 3 minutes away. Pizzas were actually cold in spots. Mushroom pizza had 8 mushrooms on it (my nephew counted). The family size salad I ordered was AMAZING. The pizzas were also not cooked all the way, the dough was chewy/wet and the cheese was just melted, not a brown spot anywhere on crust or cheese. Probably won't order here again for pizza... Salads definitely.

We ordered our pizza to go and noticed how dirty every table was in the restaurant. There was three workers and they were slow and they were still dirty. Our pizza barely had any toppings or cheese... worst 23 dollars

We had gotten there at 6:10. Everyone seemed to be moving slow, should of been our warning to leave but we waited. By the time I went up to ask about the status of our pizza it had been an hour and 30 minutes. They couldn't find the second pizza we had. At this point we were exhausted from just waiting all that time, I asked if we could just take the one pizza and have a refund. The dude Tony told us no because it was a buy one get one for the veterans day event so I say forget it just give us the refund.. mind you they didn't take accountability about the entire situation, just made excuses saying how they had a lot of orders. Drove from mishawaka to try this place out and left after waiting an hour and a half with never even trying the pizza. We won't be back

On a whim a friend and I stopped for a late lunch. Wonderful place to build your own or customize a suggested pizza combination. Food was delicious. No flatware so pick up your pizza slices and enjoy!
Last Friday 10-20-23 at 2:45 pm I ordered a mega salad and there was no cutlery to eat it with. I would have appreciated it if they would have let me know before ordering a salad as I was trying to dine-in. Had to take my salad home to eat it as I'm not stealing forks from the neighboring McAlisters when I haven't patronized that establishment. (per the suggestion from the Mod employee)

I’ve been in here a few times and had great experiences but tonight was a disaster. It’s a Friday night, but they really weren’t busy. A few people ahead of us. I ordered 3 cheese/pepperoni pizzas, watched them get put in the oven as we paid and then 45 minutes went by. I finally went up and asked how much longer it was going to take because I knew how long the pizzas had been in the oven. They had apparently pulled them out about 10 minutes prior, sat them on the counter (completely burnt), never told me and just continued to make other peoples pizzas. If I wouldn’t have asked how much longer, I don’t think they ever would have told me that they were burnt and weren’t being remade. She asked if I wanted them remade and after 45 minutes of sitting there with my toddler I just asked for a refund. Whoever was running the oven must have no idea what he’s doing because 2 pizzas were remade while we were there waiting for us. It was honestly a terrible experience and I won’t waste my time going back.

The food was awesome but staff didn't get my order done all at once. Got the pizza and sat down as the lady said they still had to make the cheesey garlic bread so waited and ate the pizza and still nothing. Went back up once done eating the pizza and they said oh we didn't know she got that. They finally made it and took it to go. Looks good but going home to try it. The seating area was clean and inviting to stay and relax in.

Been a long time since I was last there, thought I would take advantage of the online order special. The pizza I received was not what I ordered even though it had my name on it. Ordered online and picked it up.Ordered BBQ base, got the red sauce.Ordered chicken sausage and bacon - I got spicy sausage and ham.Ordered mushrooms, pineapple, black olives, red onion, green pepper, banana pepper - I got mushroom, black olives, diced tomato, red pepper, and minced garlic.The did manage to get the buffalo sauce drizzle correct.When I order online I basically give you written instructions for what I want. I dont understand why this is so hard...
