Do not use this company. Very unprofessional. They show up when they feel like it. They don't care if they leave your employees hanging. Their communication between their drivers and the poor management that they have is nil. They stopped showing up before we could drop them. Good riddance.

Cold, old food, terrible portions, overpriced, poor quality meat. No dates on any of the food. Trucks falling apart. Heaters melting plastic wrap to food. Normal drivers are friendly but every now and then you’ll get the worst person in the world as your driver.Scam of a catering company. Avoid at all costs.

Junk. Old junk food. Pure garbage. How do you report this place? It needs inspected ASAP.
The past few months they just get worse and worse. Hardly anything on the truck when they even bother to show up. And even then it's either cold when it should be hot, or overcooked.

While I cannot attest to the quality of the food that New Generations serve I can do so for the quality of the Beck family.While traveling through Elkhart to pick up my 5th wheel at the factory my driver side mirror was broken by a New Generation's truck. While the driver was not the nicest most honorable person I have ever met, the Beck's were. Sonjia and her son Jackie both spoke with me and offered to find a mirror right then, because we were traveling I offered to contact the local dealer to find the part. They agreed with that. I called my dealer and ordered the mirror and left word with the Becks. Jon Beck contacted the dealer and paid for the mirror and called me to let me know.I know that if I were in need of a caterer in the Elkhart area the Becks would be my first call. They are people who give their word and make good on it. If they put that same care in their food it has the be very good.
