Always everything good

I am from Akron, MI. I was overly impressed with our waitress Alli. Very very respectful waitress, fun, quick, energetic and she made my birthday one I will never forget. She played a game with my sisters and they got me. She asked what dessert I would like, I told her surprise me. She did a perfect job. See the picture added. I will ask to be seated in her section again.
Thank you Alli. You are very much appreciated by us Michiganders.

Food was delicious. Our Derver Ali was fabulous. She was fun, made sure we had drinks and food. Couldn't have asked for a better server

Our server Ali was phenomenal. Kind, helpful, knowledgeable and quick. Will definitely request her whenever we visit from Michigan.

I visited this Olive Garden on a busy evening and the experience was better than expected for a large chain restaurant. The staff greeted me quickly, seating was organized, and the service stayed attentive without being intrusive. The breadsticks came out warm and soft, and the salad was fresh with good portions of toppings, not just lettuce. My main dish arrived hot and tasted consistent with what you would expect from Olive Garden — flavorful, properly cooked, and served in a clean presentation.

The atmosphere here is relaxed, the tables are spaced well, and even with a full dining room it didn’t feel overly loud. The interior looked maintained, and the servers handled the flow of customers professionally. Restrooms were clean, which usually tells a lot about how well a place is managed.

Overall, this location delivered a reliable and comfortable dining experience. If you want a predictable meal with good service and a calm environment, this Olive Garden does the job well. I would stop here again during my route.

I always have a good experience with the servers but the host was extremely rude to me my last visit. She was on her phone and when I asked for a table she rolled her eyes and threw the menus down when we got to the table. She was younger with long curly black hair. I think her name was something similar to Stephanie. Really off putting and makes me not want to return.

Went for lunch and the person seating was extremely slow. Lobby was full. And everyone was looking at their watches. 2 groups ended up leaving. It took 1 hr and 45 minutes amd we were all late coming back to work. Never experienced this at any other Olive Garden in over 40 years. It wasn't that busy to be that far behind.
