Terrible customer service at the drive thru. I was the only one in the drive thru and I told the girl (Breanna M) taking the order to give me a minute to order and she kept yelling at me and rushing me. I’m not a Panda Express regular so I need to glance through the menu and she kept yelling “anything else”.
My bf was paying with Apple Pay and he said Apple Pay she proceeded to snatch the phone from his hand and took it without notice.
I’ve heard bad things about this specific location but I had never been to this one, safe to say I’m not going back there.

I have only been here for lunch and had good experiences, tried to get a late dinner(10pm) the restaurant was open till 11 but they were out of everything i wanted and asked me if I would mind waiting. I said waiting wasn't a problem, and then after a long pause I was told they won't be cooking more noodles or being beef this evening. I get it, but there's still an hour left...if this was my store I would be disappointed with this level of preparedness and customer service. As I sit here typing this review there are several cars in the drive thru. I wonder how many will also just go somewhere else.

I was attended by a boy named CJ, he had dirty nails I shouldn't serve the food like that. There was also very little inside the plate.

Everyone looked like they wanted to be there. Cooking was getting done and service was fast. The server brought on a warm atmosphere while asking me what I wanted. The portion size was perfect. The ratio of rice to meat felt just right. I was asked if I wanted a drink and denied it but I promised to get one the next time I show up on accident. 10/10 can't wait to go again.

Oh my gosh I've got food from them three times and you think I want to learn from the first bad experience but no I keep giving them a chance and every time I'm disappointed more than the time before I cannot believe that this is like a major chain it is just nasty I mean the food is obviously been sitting around for a long time I wouldn't eat here if you want good Chinese food go somewhere else anywhere even a dumpster in the back alley might be better.

The shrimp was not fully cooked, the rice tasted like it was from the dumpster and I mean when you walk past a dumpster and you smell the trash that’s literally what it tasted like the chicken was pink as well.

Had Friend bring me an order from there that I called in, it was absolutely the stainless Chinese food I've ever had. The beef is broccoli smelled like it was rotten I couldn't eat a bite of it ,disgusting.

Drive through employees dont really care about youre order. Asked for chow mein and a small plate of orange chicken. Asked if it was okay to wait a few minutes on the chow mein. Then waited for 30 minutes just for them to proceed with white rice after asking multiple times. This is why these jobs will be replaced with AI. Laziness

We recently traveled 30 minutes away only to find that there was a sign on the door that said mobile orders drive through only. So…we ordered online and went through the drive through. We were told that we would have to wait over 10 min for our food (even though no one was inside). Also we were told that there was no super greens available even though the app said it was available! At that point we were frustrated because we had to wait and there was no greens. We were told that we had to cancel the order online, but when we tried to it was already processed. The panda site said to call and get the refund directly from the store so we did. When that happened we were treated very poorly! Common sense would be to get the customers name and number so the manager could call the next day, right?! Nope! We were told to call ourselves, she wouldn’t even take our information! When we asked for her first name only to reference to the manager we were there and spoke to someone, she refused. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD MANAGEMENT AND BAD FOOD PREP!! This location is horrible…always not having food (like rice and orange chicken available during key rush times) and management training! Not a happy customer who still has not been refunded their money! We will no longer be coming back to this location!

I went in to order some food and they was about out of everything and what they did have was for online orders only. I have been coming to this one since they opened it and it seems to be going down hill and they can't order enough food to service the people

Got a plate DoorDashed to me. The chicken was really good. The fried rice was super bland and a bit undercooked.

The couple of male employees who assisted this time were fast and friendly. They have struggled with good help. Hopefully, they retain the good ones. The food was decent, although several items were empty. Good portion size.

Was by far the worst visit to any panda express. There was a line, but instead of waiting on guests, they started putting away utensils that the cashier brought over and put up on the food line. Then they took our order, started it, and then went to the next guest, started their order and finished theirs as ours just sat there. Will probably never go back to this one again.

I went through the drive-thru during my lunch hour, and I was pleasantly surprised. The line moved quickly, and the employee at the drive-thru was very friendly. My Walnut Shrimp and Chicken was awesome!
