We don’t visit Panda Express often but when we do we always look forward to seeing Jacob! They always go above and beyond. This past time we came in wondering about some of the new additions to the menu and they helped us decide on our Panda crafted drinks. Thank you Jacob :)
Everyone looked like they wanted to be there. Cooking was getting done and service was fast. The server brought on a warm atmosphere while asking me what I wanted. The portion size was perfect. The ratio of rice to meat felt just right. I was asked if I wanted a drink and denied it but I promised to get one the next time I show up on accident. 10/10 can't wait to go again.
The couple of male employees who assisted this time were fast and friendly. They have struggled with good help. Hopefully, they retain the good ones. The food was decent, although several items were empty. Good portion size.
