The couple of male employees who assisted this time were fast and friendly. They have struggled with good help. Hopefully, they retain the good ones. The food was decent, although several items were empty. Good portion size.
I went through the drive-thru during my lunch hour, and I was pleasantly surprised. The line moved quickly, and the employee at the drive-thru was very friendly. My Walnut Shrimp and Chicken was awesome!
Poor service. Waited 13 minutes to pick up an online order before I decided to get in the line of new customers ordering food. Nobody even acknowledged that there were customers in the line for order pickup...not even the Manager on duty! Others were frustrated as well and joined me in the line to order food. Once I got home, I discovered that my order was wrong. I understand that times are tough and sometimes you work short-staffed but acknowledging your customer costs nothing...
