We have had pretty much nothing but great experience doing carry out here. Always ready in time, yummy, and fresh. I like the papa points system and sometimes pizza comes out cheaper than little Cesars. Hope y'all stay open!

PAPA JOHNS DUNLAP INDIANA!!!!!! Look when i place an order at 630 for delivery at 815pm and I have to call at 840 and be placed on hold for 15mins and then be told that my order has been done and either has to be reassigned to a door dash driver..because they missed my order...and then I say I'll just pick.it up... and they say well u will have to cancel it yourself and replace the order and wait for a refund... NOPE!!!!!!!! IM GOOD .. BBB BUREAU WE NEED TO TALK!!!

Papa John's Tried to deliver food via DOOR DASH. Driver did not speak English. Order was canceled. Finally got called BY DOOR DASH that actually spoke heavily accented English. Got into argument and DOOR DASH said they are canceling order. VERY POOR SERVICE FROM DOOR DASH and PAPA JOHNS PIZZA.

I have ordered here many times and USUALLY never have an issue. I decided to get the stuffed crust today and the pizza was so thin it ripped upon taking it out of the box and the crust was so undercooked it was raw when you bit into it. There was absolutely no browning of any sort on the crust. pics of the dough inside the crust and both the inside/outside of the crust.
You know it’s bad when you have to RECOOK the pizza you ordered.

Consistently get the wrong order. Sort of the reason I've stopped buying papa John's in the first place. Tried it out last night and regretted it again and remembered why I stopped getting this pizza. Can't belive little caesers gets it right more than papa John's it's embarrassing.
