Papa John's Tried to deliver food via DOOR DASH. Driver did not speak English. Order was canceled. Finally got called BY DOOR DASH that actually spoke heavily accented English. Got into argument and DOOR DASH said they are canceling order. VERY POOR SERVICE FROM DOOR DASH and PAPA JOHNS PIZZA.

Consistently get the wrong order. Sort of the reason I've stopped buying papa John's in the first place. Tried it out last night and regretted it again and remembered why I stopped getting this pizza. Can't belive little caesers gets it right more than papa John's it's embarrassing.

Papa John's lost a customer from this location. My order was left out side my house on the ground 5 feet from my door in freezing whether and they never even knocked to let me know it was there. I called twice to complain and was hung up on both times by the manager. I contacted support and I was never contacted, that was two weeks ago. Other than this time the pizzas are always over or under done, or just wrong. If you order a drink call to remind them because they never give it to you.

Papa John's has gone down since the CEO got let go. The stores have no customer service and the pizza quality sucks now. This location is no different. Jets or pizza hut will leave you satisfied without feeling like you wasted money
They stole 20 from they said they go and grab change. I’m just sad because the rest of the 10 was going to my gas. Now I don’t have gas for the week to go to work with. Calling today. I only have 1 or 2 time a month I can spend like this. Only to have it spend double what the original price was.

I’ve only had a few minor issues here, NEVER gotten sick from their food but have gotten the wrong crust a few times. The staff seems extremely nice every time I am in there except for one lady who I believe is a manager. She is always rude and gets mad if you don’t tip on a pick up order. (Older lady with dark short hair) Very unprofessional I don’t see how she is a manager at all I guarantee people quit because of her. I would give five starts if I didn’t have TWO encounters with her that were both unpleasant but other than that everyone else is amazing. The food is good.

So I totally messed up my address. Very easy to do in our neighborhood many streets named the same thing just different address. Anyway this location did me a huge help! I called right away once I noticed my app said it was delivered and I took a look outside and it wasn't there. Frist thing I did was look at the address I input to the app, it was wrong. My fault, thankfully the person at the store who answered called the delivery driver and asked if they had delivered my order yet. He didn't. I was next on the list of deliveries. Thanks goodness the lady at the store was willing to help me and call the driver to make the corrections of my address And I received my order during the snow storm tonight. This really touched my heart. With what happened with their other location this week in the news. Plus I am a general manager I deal with these issues as well on a daily basis. I just want the staff to know they are very much appreciated. Thank you for working. And being open for people during a snow storm. Great job.
