Pizza was delivered. Not well cooked more doughy as i got to the crush. Seemed to be precooked and toppings thrown on top after already cooked. Boneless wings looked microwaved. Very disappointed for $70+ tip

I love the pizza here but what’s disappointing and alarming is no one wears gloves or sanitizes their hands. No hairnets or hats, I watched a young lady with a very beautiful hair swing her hair all over the food as she’s making the pizza and it only made me wonder how much hair is getting into the food I have been a chef for over 15 years and as a entrepreneur, I just would want my food handled how I handle my customers and client food. It’s kind of confusing and if you mention it, everyone gets angry, and you have to worry about them doing something to your food. I may have to find another location or stop eating them all together.

They have no clue how to cook consistently and have a good pizza. it's either burnt or it's soggy and doesn't hold form. And they rarely cut it all the way through like they should.
Ordered online so can not rate the service or atmosphere. Papa John on Cassopolis street lacks the consistency of making a good pizza. One minute the crust is soggy and doesn't hold firm the next time your order it's burnt and hard to eat. The pizza and cheese sticks were not even cut.

My order was wrong so I came back to wait another hour while the manager tried to wrangle multiple new hires. The manager was polite but her staff had multiple cases of the stink eye. Music is so loud the bass rattles the walls but I imagine theres another reason for lack of communication. Shame on the owner for throwing this manager to the wolves.

Had to call to report that a DoorDasher stole my pizza. The manager was so sweet, and not only got ahold of DD to report them, but also made me a whole new pizza and had it delivered to me. So grateful for their kindness. Thanks Papa John's for coming through for my family.
