Had to call to report that a DoorDasher stole my pizza. The manager was so sweet, and not only got ahold of DD to report them, but also made me a whole new pizza and had it delivered to me. So grateful for their kindness. Thanks Papa John's for coming through for my family.

I love their pizzas and breadsticks, especially with their cheese dip!
Not sure whats happening at this location but seriously would give a 0 if i could. Walked in and NO ONE had hair nets on dudes with breads had no facial covering. Also, none of crew making the pizzas had gloves. Got the 3 pizzas home.. they were horrible crust tasted old my own dogs didnt even want it and they love papa johns. I am a regular custmor. I am servsafe certified and if i was code i would shut yall down. DO BETTER PEOPLE!

They don’t wear any hair nets or anything and we saw the person that made our pizza touching his hair and did not even wash his hands and the other employees just standing around and they touching there faces and hair, it was nasty! If you want pizza, go to a DIFFERENT PAPA JOHNS!

Ordered Pizza that never arrived, Manager was extremely rude as if it were my fault we never got our order. Apparently it's a huge inconvenience to refund someone their money for the pizza they never received. Terrible customer service, offered nothing to make it right. Their 3 star rating speaks for itself, order ar your own risk.

Pizza was not fresh, worst tasting PJ pizza I have ever had. I usually heat up left over slices the next day; couldn't with these pizzas and the crust was hard as a rock upon heating up. The pizzas were not presented to me upon picking up unlike most other PJ orders I picked up in the past. Employee assisting me not very friendly, didn't welcome me or thank me upon leaving. I contacted corporate and nothing was done to correct the situation and make it right. I can see why this location has a 3.1 rating with 446 reviews. Glad there are many other pizza joints in the area that I can choose from in the future.
