My husband and I stopped here tonight about 30 minutes before they closed and had a unexpectedly great experience, the opposite of what the other reviewers apparently had. The guy who took our order was super friendly and competent, and the audio quality of the intercom was excellent, no repeating necessary. Besides the friendly order taker, there was also a super friendly older woman working at the window. Between the two of them, the efficiency of the ordering process was so much better than it usually is at fast food restaurants, I wouldn't be bothering to write this review if it weren't. Even better, the food was delicious. My husband's chicken sandwich and my 2-piece dark combo were super fresh and not at all greasy. The oil must have been recently changed and they must have just come out of the fryer. I also got cole slaw which was cold, fresh and tangy. Even the biscuit seemed like it had just come out of the oven. I have always loved Popeyes but sometimes the food isn't very fresh. Maybe we just got lucky or maybe they got new management but, whatever the case, we were glad to be the beneficiaries!

Online ordering with the app is B*LLSH*T! Placed an order for a 12 piece meal and 2 extra sides at a cost of $50.47. Released there was no way to edit or delete an order after you pay for it, after the 2nd order adding an additional side for a total of $56.88. Let them know at the store that there was an error and 2 orders were created. They said it was fine to just go back into the app and dispute the 1st order and it will be reversed. There is no way to "dispute" the order, just submit a ticket to support which in short said to bad so said. Called the store and was told that order was placed on app and it would have to be refunded through the app which support refuses to do! All in...$107.30 for a 12 piece chicken meal with 3 extra sides! 1st time with Popeyes is my last time with Popeyes! And I will be sure to bash the in public and social media every time I get a chance!

Very disappointed. Fries were soggy and chicken was soft- not crispy as it is always portrayed to be. The biscuits tasted like play dough and the Mac and cheese looked like glue and uncooked pasta. Gave me a severe stomachache doesn't even deserve this single star

Very disappointed. Rushed at the order speaker, rushed paying at the window. Food was under cooked and greasy...and the didn't give me a fork for my slaw. We will try something else next time.

If I could give them less than 1 I would. We explained 3 times to lady taking orders what we wanted, thought she had it. Got up to window to pay, lady could not figure out what we had. Apparently first lady did not order right, lady in window tried giving us the wrong food, 2 times. After some time telling her what we wanted, she proceeded to cuss at me and my wife, telling me I was the one making the mistake. Needless to say , never eating there again and will tell everyone I know about the poor service and language used.

Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes just to order some chicken strips and fries. I asked for bbq sauce for the chicken and ketchup for the fries. I got neither condiment and the fries tasted like they were hours old. When I wait that long I expect to get my order correct and to have everything be fresh. Don't recommend this location. Horrible.

I've been waiting in the drive thru for my food to come out for almost 40 minutes. I will never order food from this Popeyes again.
Was the first customer's to eat in the now open dining room. Very friendly staff. Food was hot and fresh. Very quick service. Had the chicken sandwich for the first time. Wasn't impressed. Was very dry and over breaded. The also forgot to put the pickles on it. Overall really good experience.

New location in Elkhart Indiana. They may have lost me now, I was there 6 weeks ago or so and after waiting 45 minutes in line to get up to order finally, I was told they were only taking cash . . . . .I didn't have cash so I had to leave. My next visit to them was 6/30 - placed our order and received. My mistake was not checking what I received. We were minus a complete 4 piece meal by the time we got home. I called and finally got a manager and I told her I would be back in 10 minutes to receive my $11.00 meal - I had to go inside to get it and they seemed "bothered" to have to deal with me. No, apologies, no can I offer you something else . . . on top of all of this and having to go back a second time to get a missed meal, the food, all of it was cold. If I want Popeyes's I believe I will be driving to Mishawaka IN to get it.

Very disappointed. It took a very long time to get through their line. Very unorganized. Once at the window, still sat for 10 minutes before they even took my payment. Our food was just sitting there. They messed up our two special order sandwiches and they left out two of our sides and a biscuit. The fries came out cold and stale as if they were cooked an hour earlier.

I returned this evening to give them another chance. THEY HAD COLE SLAW! I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a large slaw. If I hadn't checked the bag I would only have had one sandwich. I didn't realize it at the time but they also overcharged me by slightly over $2.00. You have to watch them like a hawk. The sandwiches are great, if you feel lucky in taking a chance that you'll get what your order and not get ripped off. Good luck.
