If I could give 0 stars I would.We will never be back to this popeye's ever. My husband order $60 worth of food, Online order. goes to pick it up, but they parked him. Had him waiting out there for 20 minutes parked.He goes in, they say they forgot about him. Finally, they get him the food. He gets all the way back home and they forgot our chicken and biscuits! Unbelievable!

We went to Popeyes in Elkhart and it's was ridiculous everything they forgot to give us! Got one man working extra hard while everyone else stands around! Took forever to get our food,I'll never go there again.

I'm a fat guy and I eat my fair share of Popeyes. But this place is the worst one I've ever been to. More than once I have ordered something that is clearly posted on the wall and they don't sell it to me in the way that it is advertised. And then they argue with me about what it is supposed to come with it while we were both clearly staring at what is advertised?

I stopped by late after ordering with the App. Unfortunately they were out of mashed potatoes and regular biscuits. The gave me 2 strawberry biscuits aa a replacement for one. A nice trade up at no extra cost. The food was tasty as usual. The service was above and

Great ppl and food, just we ordered the 5 peice, 2 can dine, the receipt saying breast, wing, thigh, and 2 leggs, What we got was 1 breast, 1 Legg, and 3 wings, not happy about it because there wasn't hardly any meat for 2 ppl.

The lady in the window is so sweet!!!! Fast service. I'm able to drive from work, thru the drive thru and back in my office before lunch is over! I only get 30minutes with 15 minutes to spare ?

Everything was decent! :) I placed a mobile order, the only thing that was missing was my butter and jelly for my biscuit. The 3 pc tender meal was perfect enough for lunch and I was able to take it back to work with me and it still was good. Love the sweet tea here!!!
