Very argumentative and condescending. I was working and in a meeting when they knocked on my door and when I didn’t answer because well I was in a meeting and fractured my foot they started ringing the doorbell. So finally I make it to the door he does his spiel (me being in customer service) I politely let him know that this is a non-soliciting neighborhood and that during the day may not be the best time and he preceded to lecture me that they can do what they want because my neighbors told them they could come over to our house? So I continued to be polite and tried to get back to my work while trying to keep my dogs inside and he begun being condescending like I had been rude or too stupid to understand.
I finally said I hope you have a great day and thank you. While manners were not returned.
l’d like to mention that their google reviews indicate that this meat is tough no matter what you do and is poor quaility.
I did make sure to let my community group page know of another meat supplier and shared my experience with the neighborhood. I had even asked if he would come back at a better time and he continued to be rude. Needless to say customer service and sales training would go a long way. &this is coming from someone in sales herself.c

Do not buy this meat. We have tried various steaks from our purchase and they are so tough we cannot finish eating them - despite marinating and breaking down the fibers. What a waste of money!

predatory door to door salesman sold my wife the worst steaks iv ever eaten in my life. when we thawed it it was like pink slop. this meat shrinks to half the size in 3 minutes a side sear. never seen anything like it.

Not impressed with this meat in any way, shape or form. The steaks are mechanically tenderized and have plum juice added. The steaks look good when they are frozen. When they thaw and are cooked, they look like and have the consistency of pork chops. I was told the burgers are 80/20. I highly doubt that. The box has a list that they contain beef, water, bread crumbs, and beet powder added for color. When they thaw, they remind of what pink slop looks like. The entire box was $200 for a total of 13.68 pounds. That works out to $14.89 per pound. Don't waste your money.
