You have to order and pay before they box your chicken i get that but when I paid and came over to pick up my chicken it was already boxed and sitting on the counter... the whole point of paying before receiving is so that the chicken is hot coming out of the case not sitting for 5 to 10 minutes on a counter while I'm cashing out. It was grease laden like it sat in the fryer to long after it was done cooking, plus was cold.

I don’t know what the bad reviews are for but food is amazing!! Got 10 wings for $10 which is worth it!! Food is great. And got in and out very quickly. Staff were nice to me and helpful!! No issues for me!! 🤷♂️

They fish on the menu but didn't sell it 🤔 got the 4 pc tender, they were hod chased with green beans and Mac and Chese. 12.00 didn't want biscuit they gave me corn bread instead. Good way to cook fried checken.......peanut oil.😉

Pulled not a roadside stop on turnpike and was hoping for a McDonald’s or Burger King for lunch. Glad now that they didn’t have one. Service was outstanding and food was fresh and good. Would definitely eat here again.

Absolute mess of a place. I've been twice and had a bad experience both time. 1st time food was old and not good. 2nd time, there were 4 people behind the counter but nobody really working. I ordered a 4 piece meal they said they didn't have the proper pieces to make a 4 piece so that they'd have to charge me for each individual piece and the side. So what should have been a 12 dollar meal was now going to be over 20 dollars. They said, "Sorry, that's our policy ". The entire staff and management need to be fired. I'll never go back

The worker was just making a bunch of random menu items (less than half the full menu), putting them out, and taking no orders. Hoping my food wasn’t sitting out for too long and that they don’t have too much food waste. Seems like it would be better to take then make orders? There were like 20 chicken bacon and cheese sandwiches sitting in warmers like what’re u doing?

The food was great. Lots of food for a great price. Hardly any wait. Mac and cheese could be a bit more cheesy. Not sure why others here don't like it. Had plenty of crunch and seasoning on my tenders
Just don't eat there. I ate chicken wings and in less than 1 hour I start feeling bad. It still hurts. I know they don't pay enough to employees there same story as always but it doesn't mean you can cook it and sell bad hygienic way. People trust their health to eat in your restaurant.

They got our order wrong and by the time we got it they were closed. We were missing biscuits, they gave us bone in chicken. I didn't order those. It was our first time order orderinh and we won't do it again. The food was cold and gross.

I asked for a 4 pc white meat meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. I got 1 dried out breast, 2 dried out wings and a dried out leg with a spot of mashed potatoes and no gravy. I'm not wasting my money here again especially when I repeated myself several times.
