I wasn't sure what to expect with Rico's, if I'm being completely honest. If I could gift a best salad award to any place in Elkhart, it would be a tie between Rico’s and their sister restaurant, Michael’s. Hands down they both have the biggest salads with most diverse and delicious toppings in town. And don’t even get me started on their blue cheese dressing! Gah! To die for!
