Love the food here. However, Today we picked up food to go. Paid 26$ for chicken and scallops hibachi. there were 3 scallops and barely any chicken. Very little rice and vegetables as well. Feels like a lunch portion even though we paid for dinner entrees. Definitely not worth the money spent this time.

We come here for special occasions. First time was 3 years ago...food great, service great!! Last year started to decline, we thought maybe off night, we dont cross it off our list. It happens to the best of us. Last night went for birthday. Saturday night, one Chef, one waitress, extremely busy. People running everywhere. It was a disaster. Slow service. Chef forgot to cook my wife's chicken, she ordered chicken and shrimp, she got shrimp, no chicken. He called it to the back to have them cook it. Came out raw, not pink raw but raw...raw. The people at our table that got chicken, it was pink raw. Could if cooked it another 5 minutes it would be ok. Afterwards went shopping, 2 of us from party got really sick..coming out if both ends. Didn't make it an hour and it hit us while we were shopping. Had to run to bathroom. We had leftovers, probably not going to eat it. Bill was $140, tipped $30, worse $170 in my life. Definitely not going back again!!

I came back after 5 yrs. and their prices changed. I ordered the Tempura Dinner. Back of menu said it was $9.50. When I got the bill it said $20. Waitress said they had old menus and the prices hadn't been changed yet. Plus she said you ordered lunch menu prices and I should look on the dinner price menu. So, we did and it said $15.00. But, receipt says $20. She said it was programmed into the register that way. Plus I seen a service fee of $5.70, What's that? So, I was upset that my meal alone was $36.20 and I felt defrauded from what I expected to pay. Plus the food was heavily battered, and the description was chicken and shrimp, but I received 1 prawn, broccoli, sweet potato, 2 pcs. of chicken stick. She removed my miso soup before I was finished to make room for the dinner. I was disappointed this time around and won't be returning.

I’ve never had any steak like Sakura’s! Their food is soooo delicious! Every time I get the chance to I will eat here. This place is over all my favorite restaurant. I recommend coming here! I also enjoy the soup they give when you come it’s so delicious and it feels like home.

They don’t actually deliver, even though they confirmed my delivery order made through their website. Hostess/waitress has horrible cs skills. The food is decent but overpriced and not worth the trouble.

Made a resrvation for 3. The place was filthy. Food crumbs on the floor. It seemed like short of help. Order hibachi fried rice tasted yukky. Soft crab shell was undercooked. The manager came and didnt say anything. Didnt offer anything other than telling the waitress to throw it. And we’re not credited. We will definitely not coming back to Sakura. Stay away from this restaurant. Poor service!

I Just got door dash from this place. Never ate there before, but the pictures made it look good. I ordered the chicken and shrimp hibachi dinner. Three bites of veggies. A small pile of tasteless chicken and TWO shrimp for 23 dollars...don't waste your money.
