I always enjoy the baristas here, the issue is the drinks. They are very inconsistent and they are one of the most expensive coffee shops in the area.

I came into Elkhart after a horrible experience with nappanee. I already wrote my review for that experience I had on the 8th. Went in to the Elkhart one today and the lady was very rude and catty. I told her I wanted a Twix extra thick blended and I tried to use my points for my free drink today and I took a screenshot of it before she scanned it and it took it off after she scanned it and I still had to pay the amount which was 6 something but xl are actually 8.22 not 6 so I ended up paying anyways but it was cheaper. She said I already used my points but I did not and I asked to speak to the manager and in a smart elick way she says I am the manger but you don’t need to come back to this location. I said oh okay. And drove off: what a rude approach. Unprofessional and by the time I got my drink it was already melted.
Love the options for food and drinks. I’m new to this franchise but I’m happy we have one in our area now. Tons of smoothies and coffee drink options! Best black coffee drive through in town!

I got a vannila creme cold brew & it was watered down, didn’t have any good flavor. My bagel was rock hard also. But the staff was super sweet!
