When ordering food the second time and tipping the first time my wife forgot to tip using my debit card so she was told by the waitress since you didn’t tip we won’t bring your food to you you’ll have to wait for it and get it yourself and was very rude, you shouldn’t be working a customer service position with this attitude so I would not recommend this establishment

The bartender/server lady was extremely rude. We gave her a tip for the first time we ordered food and drinks and then when we ordered more we didn’t tip again and the lady told us she refused to bring us our food because we didn’t tip again. She deserves to be fired.

The bartender was the only one working indoors and outdoors so obviously service was slow . The food was below average greasy tasting old grease, the drinks are astronomically high . Won't be back again. Just go to Heinnies down the road for better food/service and the drinks are more fair priced. Snappers gets a 4 out of 10 score .
