We've eaten here a few times over the years, but this time in 2025 the food was awful. The pancakes were dry and stiff. The fried potatoes were cool and not fried enough.

Stacks Pancake House & Restaurant is one of my favorite spots for breakfast. The pancakes are huge and excellent, the portions are massive, and the staff makes you feel welcome. It’s the kind of place you look forward to visiting again and again. It's worth checking out!

Waited an hour for food. Drinks never came till after they brought the food out. They forgot to bring some of the food we ordered. Then brought the receipt and asked if we wanted the food to got because it had been sitting there. Worst experience ever! They really need more cooks and more waiters.

If you like food like the British, this is the place for you. I don't think the cooks know how to season food, or maybe don't know what seasoning is. My family ordered 4 different plates, and the only decent thing were the pancakes, which are pretty hard to mess up. The eggs burrito was literally just eggs and the veggies. No salt, pepper, cheese, or seasoning. The biscuits and gravy had way too much pepper. Get these people a spice rack and a book on seasoning food and I'll come back.
This place was just okay. The food was alright and service wasn't bad.
The service is beyond slow. I would not recommend this to anyone. No matter how big the food portion might be. I can't say because I did not stay. The young curly headed boy needs to be fired.
