This location is the worst. My drinks are NEVER right. Not once have they gotten it right whether I order online or in store. They don't even make regular drinks right and miss things in them. They also take an incredible amount of time to get any order out. I have put in my order when arriving, done grocery shopping in the store, and it still not be ready when I return to pick it up 20 minutes later. I don't know what it is, but this location in particular has the worst service of any Starbucks I have ever been to. I prepare to be disappointed if I go there and often opt to go to a farther location because I know I won't have these issues.

I will preface this woth this is my usual starbucks i go to .I ordered my drink ahead. I went to the martins to pick up my drink. It was ready but it had no whip cream, and the worker told me hold on a sec. He was in the middle of making a drink on which I understand, but he put the whip.cream on and walked away before giving me a lid. I was left standing there untill I asked for a lid. my drink was bland I ordered the gingerbread latte iced and there was absolutely no gingerbread in my drink my fiance even said thats not gingerbread unfortunately I was short on time and had to get my son to martial arts class and couldn't get it re made

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I placed my order before I left home and still waited 15 minutes additionally inside the store. People who ordered in line AFTER I got to martins received their coffee long before me. They had a full staff so no excuse. Not usually the type to leave a negative review but this place has proved me wrong countless times.

Such a busy location but the staff is always hustlin.
The Starbucks/ Martin's in the hospital is by far the best one I've been to. They recently added a new employee, I think her name tag said JoJo. So professional and engaging the customers, making them feel so welcome like they are #1. She is awesome! If she isn't in management training, they need to get her into it ASAP! I'll now go out of my way to go to the Martin's / Starbucks inside the hospital for the personal experience and perfectly made drinks. ?

I am not from Elkhart but since I have been working there I stopped at this Starbucks inside Martins supermarket and they're so pleasant, beautiful young beings that show you that there are still awesome kids out there!!! Oh and awesome parents that obviously raised them
