I asked for a Stawberry acai with lemonade and they gave me a Mango dragonfruit with lemonade. On top of that I ordered 2 venti drink and they only gave on venti the other grande. Never will I go to this starbucks again. I had an allergic reaction from the mango

Confusion reigns. The person who took my order didn't hear a thing I said. After 3 starts, I almost got what I ordered. Even then it tasted like stale beans. Probably won't go back. I can get a jar of Nescafe and do better.

Don’t come here rude customer service!!!!! Refused to give me a refill of wat I ordered despite having a receipt.. n then got mad wen I asked for my .54 refund because I didn’t get wat I ordered.. n then got an attitude again wen I asked for the drink I had already paid full price for!

Very rude girls working at this location, very uneducated about her job. Need to train harder for such a simple job. I just walked off in the middle of ordering, because the girl taking my order was getting an attitude with me because, I guess she was embarrassed she didn't know how to do her job.
