New to the area I’ve been to this Starbucks twice now and my order has been totally OK, but they don’t listen and they think remaking it constitute the service being incorrect. If you say no phone that means microFoam any other kind of foam that means no foam. Normally, I would put a great comment, but this is very irritating every time I tell them no foam they go and still put the “micro foam“ Then they tell me they can remake it. No foam means no foam, regardless of what kind of foam it is. I literally stood at the trashcan and took the foam off. Gingerbread Chai and Chai Latte are what I order but from now on I guess I have to say “NO MICRO FOAM”

Went through the drive through early, like 6 a.m., before work, and waited for over 20 minutes. We were stuck and couldn't leave.

The coffee is good but unless I have a gift card, I won't pay for it... since it's not THAT much better than most other coffee I drink.

The coffee is also not hot enough for my taste.

Slowest service of all time. Once you get in the drive thru line you’re stuck and can’t get out, average drive thru wait time is 20-30 minutes. Who wants to wait that long for coffee????? This place needs more staff or more competent staff.

This location was remodeled in mid 2025. It is great, however much smaller compared to all the other stand alone locations near it. The seating area is just 1 row and very clustered when busy. Still a good environment and staff is always friendly.

Ordered ahead to save time my wife parked while I went inside. I mentioned my order the lady said “yeah it’s probably on the list” waited another 10min still wasn’t ready I asked again and told them I had waited 15min already and it was 25min from when the order was placed. She told me they were running behind and I agreed. It was frustrating seeing over 25 cars go through the drive thru and even people who had come in after me and ordered at the register get their drinks. They were so disorganized they made one of my two drinks then made 4-5more drinks in between. After it was all said and done we waited 25min and ended up being late for my nieces volleyball game. Don’t go to this location unless you want to block the drive thru line so they have to fill your order. Very disappointed to say the least and I will vocally recommend people to not go here. Also it wasn’t like they were understaffed either. They had around 6-7 people working there. There is no reason I should wait over 35min for two drinks from the time the order was placed

I had ordered my drink to the wrong location on accident (I’m not from the area) the team asked me my name and explained that they didn’t have my order, they were so kind and decided to make my drink and food order for me anyway! Pushed it right to the top of the list!! I was so thankful, they literally made it so I was not late to work, clocked in right at 8!! This team is fabulous! Thank you to the gal I talked to at the counter and on the phone, I’m silly and forgot to ask her name but she was fantastic also.

Asked for a drink to be remade because it was 90% water and the guy got shitty with me saying he won’t remake it again if I didn’t like the drink, he was not polite at all and should not be at the window or making drinks. The martins Starbucks is WAY better.

I used to go here for the atmosphere. I understand, if they want to optimize for income; that's their choice. However, they sacrificed quality seating area which is vital for some people to have in town, just to study a little, get something done and get away from distractions for a bit while resting. Now, the remaining seating area feels like a firing range. The renovation stole the good spots and made them into kitchen counter space, instead, completely changing the layout. There's not even a direct door to to the seating outside, anymore. It's just a McDonalds for coffee, now, sadly. Dollar signs in corporate eyes.

TL;DR renovation traded quality for quantity.
