The staff here are always very welcoming and nice. They greet you when you walk in and address you by name. Those kinds of small touches are easy but make a huge difference in customer service, but it's unfortunately becoming more and more rare.
My only complaint is how expensive Starbucks is becoming! But that staff/ store don't control that.

Everything about this Starbucks is great. Bathroom is clean, service in the dot and atmosphere is great.
But, it’s not a great spot to stop by on the road while doing a cross country trip. You have to pay a$6 to get off the exit. Bleh.

I don't always frequent this location and I always use drive-thru. Theyre very pleasant taking the order. There's not a long wait, seems to flow pretty good even though I don't stop by at peak times, usually mid afternoon. The employees at the pickup window are also very pleasant.

I cannot believe the terrible customer service I just received at this Starbuck’s location. I pulled up to the drive thru order with no one behind me or in front of me. Asked if I could purchase holiday blend ground coffee and pay at the window. They said I needed to come in because they are too busy for me to order at the window and pay at the window. Oh my goodness! No customers in sight and they would not take my order at the window because I wasn’t sure if I wanted the green or red bag until I saw it at the window …. And I wasn’t sure ordering 5 of those! No sale though because your workers are pathetically lazy bums! I expect a call from your manager. I buy at this location all the time! I can’t believe I was treated like this tonight! 5:40 pm

Hey can you guys make the hot tea at a cooler temperature? I ordered it about 40 minutes ago and it's still too hot to enjoy. The same thing happened yesterday as well. Other than that you guys rock!
Very slow They make the orders out of order.So even after you pay at the windows, sometimes you have to wait 4to5 minutes.

Went inside order egg bites and nondairy apple crisp chia. Got my egg bites waited almost 5 minutes from my APPLE CRISP chia tea only to get a plain chai tea with non dairy. Beyond disappointed when I left and realized it.
