I came at about 9:30pm on a Saturday night in the drive thru & I kid you not, the female barista was texting at the window while my drinks sat there already made and me in a rush, but having to wait for her to finish her text. Poor service.

I had a bit of confusion trying to order a new drink and the employees were very rude about my misunderstanding. The girl doing the register basically threw my chain at me and it spilled all over the counter, and then when it was time for me to pick up my order, they threw my food across the counter to me and slid my drink to the point where it almost fell off the counter. Neither of them said thank you neither of them said anything. It was just a very surprisingly rude experience.

Good tasting latte but so hot that I couldn't drink it for about 20 minutes.
Dude at the drive through window didn't even greet me, just told me the amount due and handed me my change and drinks without saying a word. Strange.. super strange. Customer service is going way down here.

It's a Saturday morning. The staff here are super nice, frazzled, but genuinely trying to get the orders out. It's VERY, VERY BUSY.

I preordered. I was given a ready time of 10:43. It was 15 minutes after my order time and I'm not used to that, however, I recognized that they're busy. It's now 10:53. I've been here for 25+ minutes waiting on a sausage, egg, cheese sandwich and a cake pop. I already have my drinks. I have been acknowledged twice, once when asking my name and once when giving me my drinks. Since then, nothing. No idea where my food is in line, no idea if I've been forgotten about. This is not the first time that's this has happened at this Starbucks and I am reminded why I frequent other locations. It's sad that the drive thru line has been through many times over, but I preordered and now have been waiting 30 minutes.

Update: My food had been ready for the last 15 minutes. It was just sitting somewhere else because one of the have me my drinks and they were looking for my drinks to go with my food...

The staff here are always very welcoming and nice. They greet you when you walk in and address you by name. Those kinds of small touches are easy but make a huge difference in customer service, but it's unfortunately becoming more and more rare.

My only complaint is how expensive Starbucks is becoming! But that staff/ store don't control that.
