I recently placed an online order at Starbucks, expecting the usual convenience and efficiency. However, my experience was far from smooth. I ended up waiting a frustrating 31 minutes for my order, which is unacceptable, especially for a mobile order that’s supposed to be faster. When I asked the barista about the delay, she seemed annoyed and completely unbothered, as if my inquiry was a nuisance. No apology or explanation was given, and the customer service felt very unprofessional. Starbucks is known for its quality and speed, but this experience was disappointing. They seriously need to improve their customer service and efficiency.

Everytime I come here I ask for the Samething.A Carmel Ribbon Crunch .Every single time it tastes like Coffee And milk.So I started to ask For more Carmel flavoring In the drink.One time I asked for 8 pumps then I started asking for 10 pump ,then I asked for 14 pumps,lastly I asked for 20 pumpsEvery single time it has tasted no differenceOnly had it made correctly 1 time.I'm finding New coffee place.You have 1 JOB.0 stars from me
