Haven't ate at steak n shake in years. Recently tried their shake for the first time in 20 years. Wow! Delicious and affordable. Tried lunch there today and for 5.99 the double cheese and fries are so good for the money! So happy to have found a new place to give my money to besides McDonald's and burger king.

I visited this restaurant on 9/7 at 1:14 A.M (see receipt) after the Zach Bryon concert. Obviously is was packed and under staffed. That wasn't the problem at all though. I ordered and after 30 minutes realized they weren't going to get the order out. I wasn't mad at all, I felt bad for the crew, they were completely overwhelmed. So, I asked if I could get a refund. Worker said take a picture of the receipt and call back the next day as he didn't know how to do a refund. I did this, I called 4 different times since then and keep getting the run around that the owner isn't in, don't know how.....etc. I told them I was withholding a bad review because I just want my money back, I didn't get the food and I'm not mad at all about it. Just keep getting the run around . *Edit, It's been a week with no response. This isnt some opinion of a customer,It's a clear cut issue that should have been resolved.

This restaurant is SUPER CLEAN, my family and I were all very impressed with the cleanliness of this restaurant! The food is pretty good! It may take a few extra minutes to get your order but that's just because its fresher that a typical fast food chain. So we were happy to wait for fresh, delicious food in a clean environment.

The last few times we ordered we can tell there has been changes. They went from greasy messy wrapping paper to boxes. The food taste like the grill gets cleaned sometimes and the food isn't a grease ball anymore. Sadly shakes seem downsized, but with prices it is understandable. Chilli us still nasty in my opinion. In all the Frisco melt is amazing!

Bradey and his team did a phenomenal job handling the chaos of a late night rush. They were working extra hard to be able to get orders out despite the amount of orders versus workers.
