Could give 0 stars if possible. Placed an order for delivery. I made sure on the order I mentioned I wanted all 3 sandwiches to be toasted. When order came it was ice cold on all items. When I called for the order to be corrected I was hung up on. I called back and another person answered and was hung up on again. There was a language barrier. When they couldn’t speak English or understand what I was saying they would just hang up. The food was terrible!!!! I have never had a subway mess up an order so badly. I really wanted to like this place because of the location but every time it’s a catastrophe. This place is to be under new management.

Several times I told him what I received was incorrect, but he just kept reading my order to me. There was a language barrier, so not sure if that's the issue or if it's just poor service.

The store is always so clean and organized. They have very friendly staff and I feel comfortable eating there. They are fast and efficient as well, always making sure no one stays in line very long, bringing additional team members to help when needed.

I’m sooooo thankful for this crew!!! Our company ordered for delivery from a different location. They delivered to the wrong address & wouldn’t correct their mistake. I came to this location and their crew is AMAZING!!!! They were able to make the platters for us with no hesitation and saved our day!!!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!
