This is the second time whoever is scheduled to work, a young girl has made the experience so difficult. . Last time about three weeks ago I sat in the drive through for fifteen minutes not hearing anything, pull up to the window and watch her watch me and she served two people who came in. Then never came to take my order. So I had to go inside and she was messing with pop machine and said she didn’t see me even though we both looked at each other. Then she brought up the tip at the end and mind you I was there for over twenty plus minutes for one sandwich. Today, I sat again, didn’t get a prompt, drove to window, nothing, drive back around, and then finally get someone, who turns out to be the same person as previously stated. I asked if I could pull up and give order as they usually do, and she said they get in trouble now, no big deal. But then, after the meat and cheese she always wants to do sauce and said it is a new policy that I was not aware. Either way, I want my veggies on before and don’t understand the need for argument or explanation. And by then I was so over it I just drove away. This is horrible customer service, she shouldn’t be the only one working ever because she does not watch the front or the window. And does not know what she is doing. I choose the drive through because I have my kids in the car. Everyone else over the years has been awesome.
I had a Philly steak and cheese, ice cold and never heated. Unfortunately I ordered through Uber Eats so couldn't take it back. The worst sub I've ever had and I travel for a living and get Subway often. Will never come back to this location.

Worst sandwich I've ever bought from this place. Was a new guy that had no idea how to even make a sandwich and the skinny chick who has been working there for awhile just left this guy hanging. Train your employees correctly!! Heck, how about training them period! Will never go back to place again.

Put in an online order, came in and they hadn’t even started it yet. There was only 1 other customer at checkout. Older lady was on her phone most of the time right in the front of the store, not even helping the younger lady.

I have been patient with the staff that works after 5 pm. They are rude, don't acknowledge you unless they have to wait on you. I have been going there for months, not anymore after tonight's horrible lack of service! Awful! Don't go there!
Every time I order online I end up waiting longer than I’m supposed to, my order was 2 things, and was supposed to be ready at 8:30, 30 minutes later still not ready
