The lady was rushing in drive thu and I asked the guy at the windows if she got everything I wanted on my sub and he sai,d I don't know got home it was all Dbread little meat as possible a little bit of veggies like I just paid for the bread 3 sandwiches to waste and $34 down the drain 😒

If I could give zero stars I would, this location is closest to where I live so I always go there. This is my last time going to the Hively location, or going to any Subway period...they have really fallen off. I went there and no other customers where in the store, there were two workers and they were working on a drive thru order I believe. I stood there for about ten minutes before even being acknowledged, I understand they were working on an order but acknowledge and greet your customers...their customer service SUCKS!!!! Then when I asked for heavy onion on my sandwich, I had to ask three times for more onion...I thought Subway was supposed to make your sandwich to your liking. This isn't the first time I experienced this at Subway, part of the experience of eating out is good customer service...Hively Subway Do Better!!!!

Do not recommend eating here. They give you the least amount of meat possible. Tuesday I went through the drive thru got 4 sandwiches in total 2 were roast beefs. Literally got 3 pieces of meat on each. Called to complain as i was ready 15 minutes away when I saw this. Got told rudely that I would have to call and speak to the store manager the next day and washing up on then they stopped answering the phone. Manager replaced my food. Today my husband walks over there for another 12in roast beef for him and our daughter the lady started off by only putting 2 PIECES of meat on the entire thing he asked isn't there supposed to be more on there? Her response was you want more you pay more. She ended up putting on 2 more slices not sure if we were charged for it because she didn't give a receipt on a cash purchase. They used to put 4 "rolls" of meat on a foot long which was like a piece and a half each roll. Will.not return to this store. When you can't even taste the meat what's the point? Don't waste your money. Disappointed this place used to be our go to subway but not anymore. Pics are of the food the big sandwich is today's and the small one was a few days ago. This is ridiculous you can't even see the meat
The drive through attendant was rude and got snippy with me for a taking a second to look through the menu they had available, so I quickly spouted out an order and they got my sandwich wrong.

Went through the drive through. People are very friendly there. Foods always good.
Highly dissatisfied. Mobile order not ready when promised, items left off the order and corrected on the spot, only to find they completely skipped anything past toasting the sandwich on my order.
4 kids running the store, stumbling all over each other, none seeming to know what's going on or how to operate a business.
