A worker was eating food near the sandwiches and talking with her mouth full. If you ever worked in a food industry you would know this is very unsanitary and bits of food can get into the customers food which is disgusting. She even touched out sandwiches with Dorito dust. Despite the sandwiches being in a bag when she touched them it’s still gross.

The food we got was good. The Pepsi I got was horrible. It tasted very watered down with No Pepsi taste at all. I would like the managers to drink a small Pepsi and tell me it tasted very watered the way it should. It is horrible. This is the second time I got one. I will not my a Pepsi again until it taste like Pepsi.

Do not get delivery from here I ordered a steak and cheese just for them to not even heat up the meat, the quality was poor, and I’m very disappointed with the little to no effort put into the sandwich. Again, this is only for delivery. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The employees were super nice, i decided they deserve a nice review. they were super welcoming and i was a couple cents short and they used the tip money when they didn’t have to at all! absolutely love the service

Pulled up to the drive thru today , I'm covered in poison ivy ,so drive thru it is , the young lady tells me she's to busy to come inside , I tell her I'm in drive thru for a reason and she insists I come in ,I kindly tell her I'll go somewhere else , was very disappointed, my grandchildren love subway,but we will be taking a break for now

Yesterday the day after Thanksgiving well in Elkhart Indiana I figured I would stop buy a Subway to pick up a sandwich. I chose the wrong Subway there is a bicycle outside two people who I thought were customers both were children and both were sitting down as I got closer and inside the building it turns out that one of the kids was an employee and the other kid decided to start ordering. Conversation between the sandwich maker and the "customer" continued not about the sandwich but about someone else. Granted I was greeted by the sandwich maker but it seemed like the sandwich maker in the customer were more involved in the conversation not about a sandwich. My curiosity meet me pretend to play on my phone so I can hear exactly what the conversation about. Apparently it was plans about Christmas and how they're going to get the two families together. I'm sorry but the hello from the sandwich maker was not enough for me to stay. Good luck with that franchise
