I've been here twice, never left with any food. The first time, I said hello to the worker, and he just stood there staring at me so I left. The second time, two people were working, and table with multiple customers were dining. I asked for a certain sandwich and the employee just said, "uhhh". I asked again if I could get a turkey and ham on wheat? He just said, "uhhhh". I said, "never mind", and walked out. I don't get it. Never again.
My girlfriend and I stopped at this Subway for dinner after an exhausting week. Just a couple days ago, we had a funeral service for her son who passed away from leukemia. As soon as we entered this Subway, our spirits were immediately lifted by the cheerful demeanor of Dre and Brian who were running the place.
It is extremely rare anymore to encounter workers who seem genuinely happy and make you feel like you've been best friends with them for years. We got to talking and sharing our experiences with each other, including heartache that both of them have been enduring.
This was more than just a food pickup. This was a complete reawakening of our faith in people and I am deeply grateful to Dre and Brian for the hope and smile they helped put on my girlfriend's face. If either of them read this, Dre, my girlfriend was the lady in the black cap who held your hands and told you never to forget her face and she wouldn't forget yours.
Both of you are a true testament to the strength of humanity in the most difficult times and any place of business would be lucky to have you representing them. God bless both of you and may your light continue to shine. Thank you both. Truly! - Josiah and Regina

Not very good the Lady must be new. Did not know how to make a meatball sub. She was to worried about the man that was standing behind the cash register just watching her and he was off duty. Very distracting. Never asked if I would like anything else. Un professional and inappropriate. Lack of knowledge.Very disappointed.I used to like there meat ball sub totally disappointing. It's hard to find good food and good service. I should know better! Fast food is nothing more than a waste of money and time.

Extremely clean. Friendly counter staff very patient. They were out of sun chips and ice tea. But the sandwiches were delicious and well made. Love the new menus. So clean you could practically eat off the floor. Also clean bathrooms

Not only was the Mobile App not working — ordering in store was even worse. The employees had absolutely no pep in their step and it doesn’t make sense to continue make mobile orders for people who are already not in the store. My time is worth more than waiting 30 mins in a line of 4 people.

the food is good most of the time, really depends on who’s making the sandwich. the young blonde lady is really cheap with the subs, barely puts any food, acts like it’s coming out of her paycheck. and one incident, a kind old man placed coupons for other customers to use, the lady came and took away the coupons with an attitude so others couldn’t use them. really shows her personality. however, the older lady knows what’s up when making the sub. fills my sandwich till it can’t close, always gotta open a new bottle of sauce, we love her. whoever you are, thank you for countless nights of subway, and for the witch, learn from her.

Clean and friendly
Normally, this location is pretty good! Easy 4 stars! Tonight, however, I was cheated out of most of my sandwich.I placed an order through the app for pick up. I get home, open my sub, and find it to have: a single layer spinach leaves, barely any meat, I counted a total of 6 black olives, and only 4 cucumber slices (three on one half of the footlong). All of these items were requested to be one the sub, and More had been selected on the black olives. This is not acceptable.

Horrible customer service by a lady named "birdie". She was extremely rude and over charged me. I asked why the coupons were not added and she looked at me like I was stupid. They didn't want to do anything about it. I will never come back. This is not the first time I have had this experience at this location.
