I ordered two submarine foot-long sandwiches and six of their cookies and when I went to pay for them, they would not take my $100 bill for payment. They said they don’t take hundred dollar bills after I ordered everything.. The guy behind the counter said they can’t take hundred dollar bills it’s against their policy. I looked at every wall in there. There was nothing about hundred dollar bills are not accepted.z I had to use my credit card to get my food which I didn’t want to use. When I left the store, I read the entire front windows on the outside of the building and there was no information about they do not accept $100 bills.

the manager is very stuck up and rude, ive been here multiple times before and have almost always had bad experiences.
the employees are like never wearing their apron either and ive had a experiences with a lot of them not wearing gloves or washing their hands, especially the girl with the piercings she is extremely unprofessional!
im not one to leave bad reviews or anything on establishments but i think this subway is very poorly ran and looked after, everyone there needs a new attitude and to learn proper food handling skills

If you experience them being blatantly stingy with the veggies (having to ask 6 or 7 times for them to put the amount you want) . I would advise you to stop right there and leave . If food cost is the excuse let them eat the cost of the whole sandwich over the amount for the vegetables we the customer are paying for.
This is not a customer service issue. The NPC's are doing as they are told. This is clearly bad management.

Service is bad. I went in there on the 29th of August at about 9:20? I ordered a sandwich online but came In a bit late because I didn’t have my vehicle yet. I went in there and and the assistant manager and her sister both didn’t have uniforms on. The girl with the piercings had on a pink shirt and had loads of jewelry. She didn’t even have an apron the most she had on was a hat. And the blonde girl had on a long black sleeve and had no hat and or apron and was wearing no gloves. They both also made it very know they where upset for me to grab my Online order that was made already at about 7. This hasn’t been the first time but I thought I’d leave a review.
Everything was great except cost . You have to have nourishment .

I had a very disappointing experience with Subway on Old 20. In trying to place my order (frustrating), the store manager told me to leave without taking my order. This all took place in front of customers. One of the customers who I knew was a business owner from around the corner.That's a first for me in my lifetime (over 60)!!! Very rude treatment on Mother's Day. Planning on calling Corporate on Monday to see if this is typical customer service for this store (Old US 20 / Toledo Road / Elkhart, Indiana.
