Absolutely awful place to go and I regret it every. Single. Time. They never get your order right, never include your sauce, don't label the food or wrappers so you know what's what. We ordered 4 burritos and 4 tacos for my husband. Logic says to place the most fragile item on top, right? You would think so 😂 I requested a protein switch on my burrito and instead of getting potatoes like I wanted I got nothing.

Ordered several hard shell tacos along with some burritos and soft shell tacos. Tell me why they put thr 3 hard shell tacos on the very bottom so they would be flat and destroyed. Wow talk about brain power.
On top of that I ordered 15 fire sauce packets and they were gracious enough to give me 0 so glad I wasted my money here. NEVER shop at this Taco bell, save your money! The burger king next to it is much better.

This store has got to be the worst taco bell in the area. The employees are extremely slow and they just don't care. They have horrible customer service in there and they are very rude especially to delivery drivers. I would drive 20 miles to another taco bell before I went to that one and I live right down the street.

Whoever was working the morning shift on December 27 didn't want to make all of my order because it wasn't at least 9 AM yet. As usual the Ash Road location served non breakfast menu items to customers before 9 no problem. Go to that one instead

Every time I'm here I get nothing but a warm welcome
Last night we order food and of course everything was wrong so we got a replacement order this morning that was just absolutely horrible a black hair was in the burrito the beans was hard and cold and again just down right trash when I then called to talk to the worthless manager she hung up on me very poor service definitely not manager material I'll never go back to that store
Parking: That's about the only thing plenty of parking
No point in doing a mobile order if I have to wait 20 minutes after my promised time.....

As I was ordering The lady was very nice, but someone on a second microphone was acting extremely childish And honestly, it’s pretty annoying had a long day don’t have time to cook and I got to hear a guy making jokes while the lady is just trying to take my order. I asked for a large diet Pepsi and my response was. NAW! I Usually shrug that kind of stuff off but the guy kept doing jokes management could you please keep Juvenile employees under control probably won’t come here anymore. Don’t feel like being harassed for some Taco Bell
