Crazy slow, brown hair manager rude haha Waited 40 minutes for my order in the lobby

We were waiting on our food and they never called out our names and the tacos weren’t warm, they forgot fries etc… food all over the floor in the back I wish the health inspector would stop in
I ordered through the drive through, and an older woman took my order. I asked for the chicken protein bowl (or power menu bowl), and she repeated back cantina chicken bowl. I said no, not that one, the power menu bowl with plain chicken. She again said cantina bowl. When I again tried to say power menu bowl, she said yeah, the cantina chicken bowl, that's what I just said. At that point I was tired of arguing with her, and said fine whatever. At the window, another young woman was checking me out, and I asked her if the chicken power menu bowl had been discontinued. She politely informed me that it was, and was replaced with the cantina bowl. I told her about the experience and complained about the rude woman taking my order, all while an older woman behind her was staring at me and making mean faces, I'm assuming she was the one who took my order. Then 2 of my burritos were made incorrectly on top of that. Very disappointed, and that older woman needs to be retrained in customer service, she is very rude.

The wait times are really long especially if you order online. The disregard for online orders is frustrating. Some of the staff are extremely rude and that really brings my rating down. There's only a couple good ones who actually do their job in a timely manner. They need to remember even online customers are still customers.

wanted to get taco bell for myself for new years cuz who ever has taco bell sober? anyway, i got in the drive thru and pulled to the speaker, the lady on the headset didnt sound very happy but did communicate. i pull to the window and it was the same lady, still communicated but still didnt sound to happy. i understand that, i also work in customer service. however some of the stuff on my order was,, not as i had ordered but i received most of the items anyway. cheese cups for the nachos and nacho fries and the fries themselves were half full or less. i had ordered a large nacho fry and received a small, ordered the new chicken nuggets and i guess they count the really small ones as a nugget? not too upset about that considering i still got all 5 pieces. i also did not receive the two Jalapeno honey mustard sauce but whatever, not the end of the world. everything else was fine but i just wanted to share my experience.
3 stars for food, got mostly what i asked for so i cant complain too much 😋 3 stars for service, while im the same way at my job i do at least *try* to put on a happy face, did not receive that here, but i understand, rainy day brings drowsy vibes. and lastly 5 stars for atmosphere, it definitely gives taco bell vibes 🤷♀️
overall score, 3.5 ⭐out of 5⭐ probably wont come back cuz the taco bell on nappanee street does it right. ✌

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell in the city of Elkhart, I’m tired of coming to this one place and having to wait 30 minutes for a simple meal. Stacked on top of this Taco Bell makes me wanna just decline any order on DoorDash in advance just knowing that I am wasting 30 minutes after getting here. Just for them to respond with “we’re almost done” then 10 minutes later, I get the food.
I would prefer the Taco Bell on CR 17 if any decides to DoorDash for Taco Bell. They are fast and efficient. Granted the fast food joint is very convenient knowing it is on a busy road. But seriously. Taco Bell get this situated. Please and thank you.
P.S watching you all work after coming from being a 92G in the military makes me so frustrated and full of disgust. So messy and unorganized.

Staff does not even acknowledge customer arrival. Floors aren't kept clean in dining room or cooking area. Orders are not made in a timely manner.
This Taco Bell regularly messes up orders, Takes way too long, employees seem lost. This was the last time I’ll come to this location.
Would have more time efficient to go across town to Ash or Nappanee and then come all the way back.

I travel all over Michigan and Indiana for work and this location is one of the absolute best! My order is on point every time I’m here and I recommend this location to all my employees in the Elkhart area!
