Worst experience I've ever had at a tacobell. Crunch wrap had zero meat in it, they don't give us our chicken quesadilla, and they don't even wrap our Doritos taco they just threw it in the bag. We called to have our food remade ( politely) and were met with an attitude and crappy responses! Absolutely terrible and will never be back!

Overall 1 star by far the worse grilled cheese burritos and cheesy gordita crunch. Super super super dry had next to no sauces in anything. The soda machine was spitting out white water on a couple different sodas. So I whent with cherry pepsi but its hardly even carbonated. By far one of the worse tacobells I've been too. Very disappointed my absolute favorite food at tacobell got turned into a sad moment where I had to drink my almost flat soda just to get it down... the parking lot has HUGE potholes in it and the staff was very quiet and only talked among themselves other than one person that asked if I had a mobile order. Never even got greeted when entered. Overall very poor experience. Don't waste your money here go to another location asap

This Taco Bell is terrible. All of the food we received was cold, the nacho fries were actual rocks. The cheese on the outside of the burrito’s wasn’t melted. It’s just actual trash. This Taco Bell needs a complete re-do. We’ll be going to the one close to Meijer from now on.

Can't manage to put stuff in a box or label anything that has customizations, person at the drive through said he didn't have the order as a joke, which wasn't funny, this tacobell/franchise needs a complete overhaul.
This is disgusting and NOT edible this is actually sickening someone’s else’s ticket was wrapped up in my quesadilla and what is this, this is not a quesadilla.

So today, I came in and I ordered my usual (two hard tacos & potatoes) nothing too crazy. Well, I had made the assumption that the cheesy potatoes were just heated up in the microwave, i guess I was wrong because the worker crashed out and was like “I JUST SAID WE DONT HAVE FRIED FOOD” and I mean OK mb, sorry. It’s barely Tuesday… but this man just kept talking crap about me and nitpicking and bullying. Like dude… was it necessary to be like “PEOPLE LOVE TO GET YELLED AT” AND “PEOPLE ARE SO DUMB” Like hello? what’s your issue… i wish i could’ve slapped you but my actions have consequences and yours probably won’t because that’s how your job is. Mess with the wrong person one day and you’ll find out. Btw, I feel bad for that poor black woman that was working with you. Why is she apologizing for your actions… Hope u find help and have a better life. Tacos taste better when a hatful employee like u makes them tho, so thanks 🙂
