My husband and I went to pick up a to go order from this location, walked in and the lady that was “helping us” wasnt really acknowledging us, was able to grab our order and when she came up to talk to us her response was “what do you want”. Now, the bag was sealed and the only question we asked was is there sauce in the bag, didnt respond to the question other than “you can grab it”. She was a young lady so her attitude was not the greatest, you would think the employees would have a little courtesy when speaking to there customers. Her presence was also not the cleanest, she had hicky marks up and down her neck.

Crowd Control

Food good, cleanliness great, fast but cashier couldn't listen, forgot one of drinks, asked for one thing and go another on half our order. Still was still good so didn't complain really.

They are always behind when getting orders ready for DoorDash and Uber eats. Which puts a driver’s in a pickle while we are trying to be on time with our delivery to our customers.

No one comes to the counter. When you walk in, you are left to order on the kiosk, which doesn't work, you watch the workers they move at a snail's Pace like they don't have a care in the world when you've got 6 people standing out in their lobby. Very slow

How are you guys still in business?! Your workers are crap, phone is unplugged, orders are wrong or missing. Seriously people look at the stars, they are there for a reason. Go to Lincoln way or something.
Edit: still horrible. They can't get anything right. At this rate they have only failed themselves in life 🤣 3 times that they had to check it cause it was wrong. Are you guys hiring addicts or something? 😂 What a mess

The app was glitching and wouldn't let me select a beverage as part of a meal. I entered the restaurant and asked for help. Employee 1 (short w/bleached blonde hair) couldn't get app to work either and said he couldn't place my craving box order on the register and he summoned Employee 2.

Employee 2 tried and failed with the app as well but took my order at register and matched app price. I asked him if I could pickup the order thru the drive through bc I have a torn knee and with the cane I couldn't carry food, drink, cane and get back in my car. This guy was a real hero. Possibly named Lucas (tall brown hair).

I drove thru drive thru and Employee 3 (short w/dark hair and round face) opened window and immediately scolded me for not stopping at ordering speaker. I said, "Don't scold me I've been through enough." He gave me the most sarcastic "have a great day" reply possible and handed me my food.

I then drove down the road and picked up my husband's meal that I had ordered through the Culver's app. It was delivered to my car promptly and with a smile and a thank you.
