My daughter and I went to this Taco Bell location with a friend of ours on Monday. A Latino guy took our order and didn’t appreciate my friend who asked nicely to make sure everything was fresh… ( didn’t get his name ) he got offended and stated “ our food is always fresh otherwise we wouldn’t serve it” I laughed and did mention how I’m sure other places we have been to including the same Taco Bell we were standing in have not made everything fresh before so we just want to make sure our order would be this time. We apologized for offending him but I’m sure himself and others had experience other fast food places or even Taco Bell from a different location that some items were fresh and some were not.
We get our food and my friends potatoes were hard and not fresh. So I brought them back up to the counter and a very nice caucasian gentlemen who I forgot to ask for his name but he was wearing a team lead or team player Taco Bell shirt I think it said on the back? And glasses. He asked if he could help me, I explained a short and simple answer. Let him know the potatoes were not fresh and hard. He apologized and said he would make sure they make them fresh. Sure enough he did and he gave us a few coupons to make it right for our next purchase before expiration date comes around. I appreciate the kind man!

I had stopped going to this location due to poor food quality and lack of service, they couldn't keep workers. We went back a few weeks ago and it was much better. We went two nights ago, had the same server, Jimmie. This kid does a great job, hustles, and always has a smile on his face. If the manager sees this, I hope they give this kid a raise.

I didn't even get to the food, i called and asked what time do they stop selling breakfast jusg to make sure, and they told me 11:00am so i went and as soon as i went to the driveway they told me that they stopped selling 15 minutes early. Lazy lazy lazy.

The last THREE times I’ve came through this drive through and PAY EXTRA for my tacos to be supreme what do you know ?! No sour cream or tomato’s. Just came for a 3 soft shell supreme taco meal apparently I have to open up every single taco to see if I’m getting what I actually paid for. It’s really not that hard of a job people smh

They are so fast with getting you your food. I stop there every morning to grab my lunch, it's the only thing that open that early besides McDonald's. Cantina bowl with steak, is fantastic.
Wow wow wow!!! I ordered my food this morning at like 7:30am! This is probably the best Taco Bell around with how fresh the food was and how kind and quick the service is! Love this place!

They will not take your order at the counter. You have to use the Kiosk. If I’m paying with my hard earned money, I’m not doing all the work. Arby’s took my order right away had my food right away. That service!!!!

The service was good and the store seemed clean enough. Staff was also polite. However the workers were seen several times using their phones with gloves on without changing the gloves before completing orders. Just does not seem very sanitary, and violates food safety polices I believe.

I was in there today and all my tortillas were stale and hard. I ordered extra nacho cheese and chipotle sauce on my burrito and was sure charged for it, but didn't receive it. That's the 2nd time in a row I've ordered from here and it was wrong, I won't be going back for a 3rd time.
