We come here at least a few times a year but tonight our server was Jacob and he was fantastic! Witty, funny, fast, on point. He didn't make us feel rushed even though it was busy, we didn't go without anything we needed. There was a miscommunication about our steak, whether it was on my husband‘s end or his end it was quickly corrected and met with such a great altitude. Thanks Jacob, I hope we get you again in the future!

My wife and I celebrated 40th wedding anniversary in April and about 3 months ago, we set an official monthly Saturday date night. For our November date, we met some friends we hadn't seen for several years at the Elkhart location. Despite it being especially busy, the staff was awesome! They were very helpful and friendly and we never once felt rushed. Thanks to everyone for a great time!

Portion sizes have gone way down. Last time we realized they had new containers for the salad which are way smaller than previously but this time around the bottom of the container only had a thin layer of lettuce. Very disappointing.

Tonight my two sisters and I had dinner and visited for a bit. We must have been there to long for our waitress because she approached the table and said I hope you know this table is being held for a 9 top. She was not nice at all and i have never been treated so rudely anywhere. We gave her a 15$ tip for 3 and it was totally uncalled for to be so mean.

Went to this location for a charity event, it's better than the South Bend location. My steak and sweet potato were full of flavor! My partner's porterhouse was undercooked, but they quickly took care of it. Our server made sure we always had bread at the table and our drinks were topped off.

Got an order to go so I didn’t have to wait for an hour. Also not subjected to the 💩 music. Food was what you expect from them it’s “ ok “ .
It was great steak cooked just the way I like it! My wife had the rattle snake bites and said they were amazing! The wait at the begging was longer then the txt to line said but it was well worth the wait. Everybody was so nice and our waitress was always getting refills before we asked. Would definitely recommend for celebrations.

I had an 18 prime rib steak, done medium rare, fully loaded baked potato and steamed broccoli. The entire meal was prepared to perfection. The rolls and cinnamon butter were an excellent way to start the meal. We also had the cactus blossom. The service was fast and the staff were very cordial and prompt. Highly recommend this location.
Got sat at a dirty table and no plates asked for reg butter nothing no kids menu after asking twice. Apps came out and still no drinks. No refills either no app plates. No rolls. Will be back but will ask not to have Vanessa as our server again. The manager came by and asked if we were ok i said no and hed take care of it and nothing.
