The service was fine, the young woman who was both hostess and served was very nice and attentive. When we walked in, we asked if they what time they closed because it was completely void of customers. We got told it just depended. Could be 6, could be 8. That was a little odd!The food wasn't amazing, their Mishawaka location is definitely their stronger one. My chicken salad sandwich had an odd texture but decent flavor and my family's mashed potatoes weren't super warm.The restaurant itself was dead and had a poor smell. There was music playing briefly which was nice until it went away.One thing we noticed while in was a phone call we couldn't help but hear in the quiet space. One of the employees took a call and mentioned that either they the restaurant were busy or someone else was and took a message. Maybe it's just because our side was so quiet you could hear other people's conversations but it's hard to imagine that anyone was busy at the time we were in.

Went in this morning and they were slammed!!! You’d never have known how busy they were because the staff was right on top of everything. They were so kind and attentive. They smiled and food was perfect hot and out in no time!!! I def found a new place to get breakfast !!! AMAZING JOB LADYS!!!!!

Pork BBQ sandwich was returned because it was inedible. Hardly any sauce, very dry and sour tasting. Staff were kind and took it off bill. Service was prompt. Drinks were good. Side salad was generous but tasted old. Fish was overcooked but nicely breaded. Burgers were good sized and fries fresh. Staff was friendly. First time going to this location of Tradewinds.
