I ordered a meal on my way to work for my lunch break. I put the meal in the Refridgerator in the office and warmed my food up at lunch time. I was eating my French fries when I noticed something in the bottom that was out of place. It turned out to be a dead fly.I called them back but could not get them on the phone. I then called the corporate number, and they said someone would get with me but no one ever did. So I now boycott all Wendy's after this disgusting incident. All I wanted was my money back on this item. They did not have the courtesy to reply back. So no more Wendy's for me.

Absolutely awful breakfast service. I can deal with subpar food if it is fast. I can even deal with subpar service as long as it is fast, but why even bother opening up for breakfast if you cant provide any of the three? The woman working the window clearly does not want to be there and everything about her body language and attitude says so. You cant act as though the people providing your paycheck are an inconvenience to you just because they pulled up to your window. I understand its just fast food, but I expected better

Asked for no lettuce, no tomatoes, to pickles , easy on the mayo what did I get EXTRA MAYO ,TOMATOES, PICKLES, LETTUCE!! Call you to tell you and your have your phones to not take calls!! Won't be back!! Can't even get it right when asked to put less on a chicken sandwich!! Store still dirty, food all over the floors. How can you make it right or anything else if you have phones on don't answer 🤔 from verizon, wireless is what it says.

I've been eating there five days a week going on six years i get two egg cheese sandwiches, 630am all I haft two say got any eggs then drive to the window they all have big smile my sandwiches are In the bag love the people and the food.
