Thank you for putting ghost pepper cheese on 2 of my breakfast baconators we did not ask for my 2 year old daughter took a bite of it first and only cried for a few hours. Also thank you for having an awful manager who said that was impossible and I was lying. I asked if they could check the bag so no one else would have to deal with this and was told all cheese comes in clear unlabeled bags and their has never been anything dealing with...read full review

We work at meijer127 near Wendy's. In the past we have gotten really poor service. Since the end of the pandemic we decided to give We decided to give Wendy's a try again. I'm so happy to come in for our lunch and have Billy there to greet us and wait on us. He makes us want yo come back. I personally love his cheerful and uplifting attitude. We look for him when we come in. He now knows us by name. Please let him know his customers appreciate him. Thank you
