Changing my review from a previously good one, because I've noticed the quality has been going down nonstop here.
The attitude of the employees lately is severely lacking in professionalism. The girl at the back drive-thru is not only sitting down, but she couldn't be bothered to take money and orders simultaneously, because she is very obviously playing casino games on her phone. Not only is this downright unprofessional, but I was made to wait to pay because she can't take my money if she's busy tapping the screen sitting three inches away from her face. It's sheer laziness. When I mentioned something to the manager at the front window, she looked at me, shrugged, and said, "Alright." If this is their attitude about how their employees are representing their company, and this is how they feel comfortable displaying themselves to the customer on a managerial level, I can only imagine what else gets a half-hearted shrug here. Old food, dirty areas, bad service, health code violations? Who knows! What I know is that if I was the owner here I'd be mad not only over the time theft happening, but that the people I'm paying to make my restaurant run properly and look good are doing their best to be below average.

I went through the drive through yesterday to get the Krabby patty meal, there was nothing SpongeBob about it. The pictures on line showed the meals coming in special spongebob boxes but the burgers I received came in regular Wendy's wrappers. The frostie was alright but tasted like peach instead of pineapple. The burger was bland but the fries were great.

Visited wendy on elkhart rd. The baked potato was soggy and inside was brown. Clearly old. I called and the guy who said he was a manager hung up on me. Horrible service.

While we were waiting for our food, we were looking through the drive thru window and watched one of the employees drop our food on the floor. The girl working just kept laughing while he picked up the food and tried to move out of sight to put the food back in the bag. He said he got us new food but there was hair and other dirt on them. We just drove away because we were completely disgusted at what we witnessed. Such a waste of $35 and won't ever be going back to this one ever again.
