Walked in got seated right away as was only 3 other tables occupied. Waited 20 minutes and never even had a waitress even come over for drinks. Nor did anyone try and clean the table that was empty when we walked in. As walking out 3 employees all standing talking at the hostess stand.

I leave this review NOT to imply that it's never been good, but in the past year the quality of food has went on decline. It's been several occasions where I've tasted bitter fryer oil, in the nachos and in the Chicken Sandwich. Yesterday wasn't like that but you can tell composition of this isn't as outstanding as it used to be. Chicken patty is barely sauced, there's two thick cut tomatoes instead of one adequately sized tomato. When i say these buffalo chicken sandwhiches were almost picture perfect 2024 and before....
I would definitely go to Wings Etc, but be weary of this location specifically. If you have the gas to get there, Plymouth Indiana's location from what I remember was a very good experience

Julia is a doll face with a heart of gold, the food is incredible! My husband gets the 10 wings with multiple flavors and I like the hot honey chicken sandwich 😏🥪🤤
