I am a big fan of Wings Etc but this experience was one of the worst I had ever had. First of all it took at least 10 minutes to even get someone to take a drink order with only 4-5 tables already sat. The sweet tea was way too sweet as the server stated that had added four times as much sugar as needed but they at least took that off of our bill. The food took almost an hour to come out and the boneless Wings were very overcooked to the point of where they were almost completely dark brown and the traditional Wings were cooked OK but had entirely was to much salt. We had also ordered the loaded nachos and when the server brought them out decided to inform us that they were out of jalapeños and they were mostly made out of lettuce and tomatoes barely any chili or queso or other items described on the menu. We only saw our server about every 20 minutes if we were lucky. We were there for over an hour and twenty minutes. Overall for not being very busy it was and overall disappointing experience and will not be visiting this location again after spending over 70 dollars on just lunch

Great stop in Dunlap for dinner. Large selection of wing sauces and friendly staff. Sides are very good. Great appetizers. They have a family dining area and a large bar area in the the back.

Stopped in for the Wednesday special of jumbo shrimp. They were all hardly larger than a total! The Manager justified it as "that's just what we get in". Didn't offer to make up for the poor size either.

Jalapeno poppers and mozzarella cheese sticks were great apps. The chicken and bacon wrap with crispy chicken wasn't so great. The tortilla was dry. Ingredients seemed dry. The buffalo chicken sandwich was satisfactory.One of the servers was carrying celery sticks in her bare hands to give to customers at a table. Let me say that again. One of the servers was carrying celery sticks in her bare hands and gave that to customers at a table. I looked over after she delivered them and the customers didn't seem to care! Food was really good for my first experience and the staff was really friendly. Shout out Richard for the amazing service and hospitality to us and making us feel welcomed definitely one of the best workers there are by far.Kid-friendliness: The staff were really kind and friendly with my niece, brought out a kiddie chair for her to sit. 1st they forgot my cheese curds so when I drove back and they were on the shelf and they didn’t give me my second bag the 1st time I was there. Then the food was aweful! I’ll spend the extra $20 and go to Bdubbs next time. I said the food was horrible right? My 5 year old said he didn’t like the fries. I tried them. EVEN THE FRIES WERE BAD! Moral of the story go to Bdubbs.
The food was good, but a bit pricey. For lunch.
