Ordered from here through Doordash - Food arrived hot despite the drive. The bao was fantastic! Admittedly though, I've never had bao before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The teriyaki rice bowl was good, but not great. The rice to teriyaki ratio was a little off, I ended up with some extra plain rice in the end.I probably won't order delivery from here again; although I enjoyed the food, the Doordash prices were a little steep (although they maybe better in person, I'm not sure). This place is out of my way normally, but if I'm ever over that direction I might stop by.
Like others on here, I should have read the reviews first. Ordered the 2 bao and bowl combo. Portions were not very big. It tasted more like I bought a frozen meal and heated it in the microwave. I ordered a teriyaki chicken and spicy Mongolian beef bao and couldn’t tell a difference between them. The filling looked the same and they both tasted bland.I was excited to try something new for lunch and was left disappointed. Save your cash for something else!
Paid almost $60 to have two meals and one appetizer delivered. They messed up the order and the rice wasn't even cooked through. Will not be back.
The rice was waaay over cooked. It was on its way to turning into congee. The bao buns were meh. Seemed like something you could get from the freezer section. Food looked nothing like the photos.
Ordered through door dash all food absolutely cold. Don't do it people unless you want to be sick!
I made the mistake of not looking up the rating before ordering! For the rice bowl I ordered, the PORTION WAS BEYOND INSULTING!!! Some tiny, selfish portion of sticky rice with some solid frozen-looking sauce on top!My pot stickers did not come complete and it was nothing special. The only slightly enjoyable thing about my order was the bao and even that tasted a bit too doughy ?Considering the amount I spent, I am greatly disappointed and will never order from here again nor recommend to anyone. Thanks for nothing!!
Both our bowls looked like cat food on top. My orange chicken had a bone in it. The food is not worth the price, $17 for basically rice and 2 baos.
Some parts of my order was missing. Portion size was really bad for the price. Cannot contact the store. Would rather stay hungry than ordering from this place!!!
I should’ve looked at the reviews first. Just got a $25 dollar meal in and it’s literally rice with a little flavor and a couple bao balls. There’s a corner of contents with rice and the rest is all rice. Not worth it. Was gonna get an entree and drink elsewhere but they weren’t open yet. :/
Ordered through UberEats. Missing half of the family meal. What I did get was trash. Break your tooth pot stickers. I'm pretty sure this stuff could be fantastic. Somewhere. Not here. Somewhere though.

Ordered through uber eats. Service through Uber was great and efficient as always for me. But the food here, was absolutely terrible. The kung pao - whatever the heck the meat even was, was so unappetizing even to look at. The "pan seared" potstickers had no trace of being seared or fried or anything other than maybe being steamed or microwaved!!! The Bao was decent tasting but far too cold and doughy.
I used to get Wow Bao when i worked in Chicago and loved it. Was excited when i saw there was one here. Don't make that mistake. It's overpriced and pretty terrible. The only meals I've eaten that i would rate worse are ones that literally made me ill.
By far the worst food I have ever had! The bao filling tastes like vomit (I tried 3 flavors) and freezer aisle potstickers taste better. This was the worst 37$ I've ever spent. I had to throw away the order as none of the items were edible. I would not recommend this resturant! Save your money, your experience here will be very disappointing.
Okay I never heard of this store before but I wanted to order something to snack on from doordash. So I ordered the 6 pack bao on doordash and I had pretty decent expectations because the reviews on there said 3.7 and it was like $14. If I would have thought to check the reviews on here I would’ve never ordered, and I wish I would’ve ordered something else. When I got the bao, it seemed like it was just cooked, no moldy or undercooked issues there. The problem was the overall taste definitely tastes like something you would reheat from the microwave. The bun itself is soggy and slightly sticky, and the meat inside is mediocre. I could only eat the teriyaki one, I couldn’t even make myself put the vegetable or pork one inside my mouth without throwing up. Panda Express is definitely way better than this by miles. I’d say it would be okay to order something small from here if you don’t mind freezer food but the price is definitely not worth the taste.
Don't even bother with this place. It's a waste of money. They charge you like 15 bucks for a bowl of rice with like 5 pieces of meat on top. Bao is dry. I would give this 0 stars if I could.
